I waited all day for a package to be delivered, and my phone number was included in the order, and it is clear the building is an apartment, and people who do deliveries manage to call our apartment through the intercom system, but for some STUPID REASON, this person who "attempted" delivery didnt call us through the intercom nor called me on my cell, and now I have to wait another day for this package which I paid MORE MONEY compared to fedex. Will never deal with DHL again.

Horrible customer service they don’t deliver properly, deliver only when you’re not home then you have to run after them for your pkg!!! And they don’t care !!

I had two mailboxes containing pre-printed documentation. The employee told me it was too heavy. I had to explain to him the difference between pounds (lbs) and kilograms. After closing the boxes, I was asked to take everything apart to have the contents inspected. So I had to reopen everything I had just closed. And all this, with the unpleasant attitude of the employee, who seemed to be losing patience with his work. :(

Good day,
Whoever delivered my package today has definitely a eyesight problem! I work from home and we put on note on our door to prevent thieves from stealing packages and your delivery person didn't ring my doorbell and simply left the package outside. You people seem not to care and disregard simple delivery instructions. I really hope this is the last time anybody from your disgusting company comes and delivers for us. I didn't have a choice because I guess it's the sender's side that uses DHL. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE company. Luckily I got the package or else there I would have filed a lawsuit against you. Piece of advice, learn to respect people's wishes ESPECIALLY when it's written right infront of your eyes!! Look at the attached picture of my door!! ???? HORROR, HORRIBLE!!!

Very bad service. It has been three days since it arrived in Montreal and it still has not been delivered. I called the customer service numerous times to complain, and they said that it had been handed over to special staff to handle it and would return the call, but not only did they not reply, no one handled it, and no one solved the problem! It was originally for the children's Halloween, and the children were devastated. Now Halloween is over and it still can't be delivered. They kept telling us that the package went to the wrong place. It has been in Montreal for three or four days and it has not been able to go to the correct address. To this day, I still haven't received my package! It is really unimaginable that I paid such an expensive courier fee, but the courier service is so bad.

Worst courrier service! Parcel left US yesterday evening, sent express, was supposed to arrive today by end of day. The driver came, no ring at the door, left no notice, then got sms saying no one was at home! Now I have to wait another day or go pick up it up myself all the way from Lachine cause they do not bother with services points in the neighbourhoods. Sad to see how services are getting worse by the day in Canada!

The service is terrible
No way to contact the company
The delivery person may not have even shown up at J had reserved the whole day once notified of the expected date of receipt
Until I was surprised by a text message informing me that no one was responding!!!
It is even in this case supposed to leave an information card
Nothing found of that too!!!!

!!! ATTENTION !!! The clearance service is completely disorganized and will leave you on your own, unassisted with an endless waiting phone line that never answers. Parcels more than 7 days late caught at customs, improvised procedures, documents arriving late when they could have been signed well before. Don't trust them, you will pay the price. Their customers are not their priority.

Just brought in a pallet from Germany. We were going to pickup at this olocation since we do not have a dock. The customer service rep, Domenico, called me. I explained my situation, and he arranged to have the pallet delivered at our unmanned storage location, with a liftgate truck and a schedule delivery range that did not requires us to wait all day. Domenico and the driver Mushtaq, went beyond what was needed to provide a fantastic shipping experience. Highly recommend DHL in Lachine!
