1) the delivery person didn’t even try to solve the problem (missing apartment number, which they called him to inform later.) I guess he wanted to get home 10 minutes earlier and watch Netflix.2) Got a phone call from Customer Service (?) but even at the loudest volume in my phone it was difficult to hear what the person said. I couldn’t hear his name, nor could I hear the phone number that he states speedily and unclearly.3) Then went to DHL’s local customer service office, only to deal with people who seemed annoyed by the fact that they have to work.I can’t wait until robots have replaced these people..!

Not a good experience.. won’t use DHL again3 packages scheduled for same day delivery, only one arrived. The 2nd package arrived the next day, the 3rd package arrived on the 4th day… looks like DHL doesn’t know what they’re doing…Why can’t the 3 packages be delivered at the same day same time? I’ll never know..

Worst service ever. I paid extra for express shipping and they never delivered, I had to go pick it up and they had lost it.

I went to the service point ... arrived at 5h45pm and it was close...but it says open until 8pm on google anf eveb on their Window... i'm VERY disappointed.

Wost delivering service!!!They let you schedule your delivery to make sure someone will be home but do not respect it! Then they send you an email saying no one was home WELL OBVIOUSLY if you come at a time I did not choose because I KNEW no one will be there. Do not give the option if you will not respect it. And then you have to play games with them to know when you will get your package because they can never give a straight anwser.Can’t believe companies still work with them!

They give the acces to manage your shipment (time, location…) but in the end they do whatever they want not what you’ve asked for !!!

Bad service. Please use some other service for your courier. They never attempted to deliver my package and make update on website that the driver is on delivery.I call DHL many time this but everytime make some excuses and will deliver tomorrow but in the end I went to pick my own package. Please use some other services.

Appalling customer service. (DHL Lachine) No possibility of talking to any humans when deliveries go wrong. Endless lengthy menus on the customer service phone number and then the robot finally ( if you're lucky) offers to transfer you to a human, then fails to do so. Does DHL believe that customers have all the time in the world to waste on their automated phone lines? I took a day off work and still don't have my delivery! DHL messaged that they had tried to deliver and I was not at home but they never even posted a notice on my front door. They never came to the door. I was there at home waiting.

Make sure the delivery person get a SIM card and know how to make a call properly. I have to go pick up the package myself, because I was “never at home”after this person “called me three times” : )

Lost parcel. It was out for delivery now it has disappeared. Been contacting me for 3 weeks asking me to wait for updates when they clearly misplaced it. Useless customer service
