“I first visited Feline in 2022. I was in town from Vancouver and just wandering Old Montreal. Once I saw the beautifully styled mannequins, I immediately veered into the shop. It was amazing. A contemporary boutique with unique yet wearable pieces. Between the plethora of black clothing and mix of smaller brands, Feline reminded me of some shops I visited in Tokyo.
During this visit I had the pleasure of spending time with Elise, the shop owner. She is a gem who truly loves fashion and all the pieces she brings in. We got to chatting, she asked what pieces were catching my eye, and asked if she could pull some items for me to try on. At no point did it feel like a sales tactic. I had a great time, but I think it was Elise who was having the most fun. She pulled the best items and styled them in ways I wouldn’t have thought of. I left with a few cool pieces that day …. and went back a few days later to pick up another item that I couldn’t stop thinking about.
I look forward to visiting again later this year and will be purposely packing light so I have ample room in my suitcase for all the Féline treasures that await.”

The owner is a character, he will look at you and know your size and will show you all the different options they have to offer but is not pushy to force you into buying anything.
All the alterations are done in place at no cost if you purchased your clothing there. He even altered a shirt for me to bring it between sizes because one was too small and the next size too big.
Great experience, a fair price for the high quality (it is not cheap so be prepared to spend a bit) and overall a great experience. I will only be shopping here now for my shirts and dressy clothes.”

Philip gave me an exceptional service from beginning to end. He was kind, patient, professional, and very honest with his guidance. He made me feel comfortable, confident, and truly taken care of. His advice helped me choose a beautiful dark navy suit that I absolutely loved.

After emailing them and writing this review. They did get back to me through email and phone. I returned my product and got my refund. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4.
I placed an order online and emailed them to request a return, but they have been ignoring my emails. I don't understand why there's no communication from their end. I am very disappointed with their customer service.”

What really impressed me, though, was the vast selection of options available. Whether you're looking for something elegant, casual, or statement-making, they've got you covered. Their inclusive sizing ensures that everyone can find something that fits and flatters.
However, I do wish they had more sizes in stock, particularly mediums in shirts and long sleeves. It would be great to see a more consistent availability of sizes across their product range.
One thing to note is that the sizes run larger than what I'm used to. If you're a large, I'd recommend ordering a medium, and if you're a medium, consider ordering a small. This will ensure the best fit.
My order arrived in a timely manner, and the prices were incredibly fair considering the high quality of the clothes.
