There's not much except a long strip of land that leads nowhere.Where are the facilities? activities other than kayak rental?

Excellent. So glad they got rid of the marina full of polluting power boats. We already dedicate so much public space to people parking cars, why waste this valuable land for boat parking for a few people who can afford to own them?!? Much better as a park for all to enjoy!

Busy park and marina turned into a desolate area thanks to the closure of a huge marina that attracted loads of people that came boat watching. Bad business for everyone but a few politicians. Sad.

Accessible gratuitement à l’ensemble de la population, le nouveau parc riverain de Lachine est une longue péninsule de plus d’un kilomètre entre le parc René-Lévesque et la promenade Père-Marquette. Situé sur le site de l’ancien Port de plaisance, cet endroit représente un important projet de restauration environnementale et constitue un geste concret en matière de transition écologique.
