I have been a customer for 6 or 7 years. I have always been satisfied with the work performed and trust them to provide honest and fair assessments to issues I wish addressed. I have noticed that they have a loyal customer base, so my experience is not unique. Winter tire changeover, storage and oil change done in about an hour. Very satisfied.

J’ai appelé le matin à 8h pour un clou dans un pneu. Ils m’ont dit d’amener le véhicule ce que j’ai fais dans l’immédiat. Réparation super rapide. J’ai retourner chercher le véhicule a mon lunch break et tout était parfait. Je suis très contente de la rapidité du service car je ne pouvais pas attendre trop longtemps puisqu’il s’agit du seul véhicule en notre possession et avec 3 enfants en bas âge c’est primordial pour nous. I usually do oil change here. Last week I did it somewhere else, and they showed me the bolt was loose it couldn't be tightened back.They had to change it, and the oil pan and some othe stuff. Came up to $1000 because OK Pneus did something the last time they changed my oil that caused this.So very disappointed...
