In almost 14 years since I have had to frequent pharmacies, I can say that Jean Coutu is by far the best pharmacy I have the chance to frequent. And if all goes as planned, I intend to encourage the pharmacy by buying things that I need. The Jean Coutu fully deserves to be encouraged unlike the previous pharmacy that I frequented for almost 13 years, whose employees look down on the patients. And refused accountability if it This is the case. They had great difficulty taking the blame when they made an error. See you in the pharmacy, errors are not allowed. At the local Coutu, what I deplore is the patients who do not respect so much which is just short of the time required by the pharmacy in terms of preparing prescribed medications. The time requested is 2 hours.05/01/24:For an extremely rare time, I am extremely disappointed with my visit yesterday (04/01/24 ).I went to the pharmacy to pick up some medications that I had asked to have prepared on Tuesday morning. Back to my visit on 04/01/24, suddenly I started to be harassed by a stranger, who wanted to have medication to help me sleep. .1stly I do not have the right to give my medicines which are prescribed to me by my family doctor and in any case I need my medicines. Especially since a doctor only prescribes if really necessary and also if there is no other alternative. When I go to the pharmacy, I expect to be safe. Especially since the stranger slapped me with his gloves. If I would have answered the stranger would be in bad shape and I myself would have legal problems, not to mention that the pharmacy would probably have told me to find a new pharmacy. Luckily, I have a principle that violence solves nothing. In fact, violence amplifies the problem(s). That being said, said I absolutely recommend this wonderful pharmacy.01/31/24:Despite my complete satisfaction with the service received from this wonderful pharmacy, I would still like to make a very small clarification: my primary goal of being present in the pharmacy is to fulfill my pharmacological needs and make some purchases of things that I need periodically and especially if my budget allows it. That being said, my kindness and politeness at all times is a prerequisite if I want to receive an excellent service as currently. My generosity towards the employees is to demonstrate my absolute appreciation towards the employees of the pharmacy, my reasoning being the following: without employees there would be no pharmacy. Those who think that there is other things behind my politeness, kindness and generosity are in error. Having good manners is also a prerequisite. Since I have seen with my own eyes that there are some patients who are difficult. Also I am convinced that my way of proceeding is appreciated by all. I leave a few days for the excellent laboratory team to prepare the medication(s) that I need. Unlike certain patients who present themselves before the requested deadline or exactly 2 hours after having given their orders for medications to be renewed. I find it deplorable those who arrive before the requested deadline or exactly 2 hours later. There are several patients who frequent the pharmacy, the technicians only have 2 hands. But it seems that some patients think that they are the alone to frequent the pharmacy. I leave a few days for the technicians, especially since I ask them to prepare 11 medications at once.02/02/24: Yesterday morning I went to the pharmacy only to bring to the team of employees two cakes and two pints of milk to say a huge thank you to the team at the wonderful pharmacy. Without employees, unfortunately there would be no pharmacy. And people like me need a pharmacy to pick up my (our) medications. Since people like me are sick and need medications to regulate our illnesses. .(stabilize our illnesses).♥️????#️⃣1️⃣?

My grandmother asked for this prescription, and mentioned that she didn't want a certain pill and they delivered all these medications to her, we told her that you never make a mistake and that you can't do anything, that's it. is disgusting! I work in a pharmacy and when we abuse elderly people like that it's ridiculous even 1 star is too much!

The young male pharmacist with the long hair is a control freak about everything. Won’t let you get more than 2 packs of quit smoking aids at a time, not because they’re controlled to that limit, it’s an arbitrary limit placed on a product currently sold in deppaneurs all over ontario. Suggest driving the extra 3-4 minutes to avoid the pharmacist.

Anyone with young children shouldn’t go here. Please tell me why this store has no carts with a child seat in it?If my two year old knocks over and breaks something, I’m going to be responsible to buy it. Yet you have no carts where I can contain my child while I shop?? This is absolutely ridiculous. Very not impressed at all and I will not be returning.

For Mr.Aboud Georges. With the situation this evening with your Pharmaxix counter and the comments from your pharmacist this evening, I unfortunately have to change Pharmaxix. I have always had 10/10 service but for 3 months I have been making renewal requests with you and you tell me that the requests should be sent but the doctor does not respond to the request and when I call my doctor they tell me says that there have been no requests made to jean coutu since 2022... I think you have a communication problem...Being told by the pharmacist that it was the client who had to make a follow-up appointment with the doctor and was asked to tell me that it had been 30 minutes for everything to be explained to me by her. has no time to waste with me since she has customers to serve and hangs up the line on me... I showed up 5m after the call took my medications with the papers to print to transfer my file pharmacix.I don't know what's going on with jean coutu at the pharmacix counter but in terms of customer service it was horrible... I've always been very nice and polite but this evening your pharmacist had no time...I believe that after several attempts to send renewals by the pharmacy and the doctor does not respond you could make a call to see what is happening, especially when your client tells you that the doctor receives nothing. .. I even reconfirmed a fax number.Positive point of this evening the first person with whom I had the line did an excellent job with me very nice 10/10

I do not advise anyone to go to this dirty place. Their prices are very expensive compared to the same products in the market and the customer service is poor. They are not educated, respectful, and not educated in the right way. They work with a low level of morals with customers and deal with impoliteness. Today, around 6:30 or 7:00 p.m I went to buy some things. I took some things and went to pay at the cash register. There was A woman with dark skin color ، She is short in stature and has black hair. When I asked her name, she told me that her name is (Aurélle), but I I'm not sure if this name is correct or not because she knows that she treated me with impoliteness, so it is possible that she gave me a name other than her correct name. She is very rude and not educated. She is mentally ill She needs to be treated. She needs someone to teach her manners and manners. It is clear that her family does not have the time to raise her and teach her manners the Rights behavioural , she behaves and is treated with a very low level of morals, like the girls in bars and streets. She is really dirty. She grabbed the things I had and threw them on the table then She looked at me with disgust and called for another customer to come and refused to go through my transaction ,I had about $90 worth of items. I left them and went, and I will never return to this place Never again, I also asked 3 persons to help me find what I am looking for. Their response was, “No one can help you. Search for yourself.” I went to Pharmaprix on Provost. As soon as I entered the place, there was a nice girl welcoming me. I called her to help me. She came and searched with me and brought me what I wanted and answered all my questions with a smile. Excellent customer service . I advise everyone to go to Pharmaprix on Provost . They have excellent customer service and a very respectable work team.

Mauvaise expérience au service des ordonnances. Les pharmaciens que j’ai eu ne sont pas empathiques et je me faisais juger pour avoir demander des choses que plusieurs pharmacie font. Je suis déçue car j’ai tolérer ca un bout mais plus jamais. À en lire les commentaires, je ne suis pas la seule… Je montrais des preuves photos, mon ancienne pharmacie ma envoyé la pour avoir un service d’urgence et ça c’est mal passé! Oh et se faire charger deux fois plus… alors que j’avais des assurances et que ce n’était clairement pas le même montant pour mes médicaments ailleurs, ce n’est pas super !

Très rare que je fais des commentaires du genre, mais la...La jeune fille au comptoir ou ont ramasses nos médicaments, est-ce qu'on pourrait lui dire qu'un merci avec un sourire ca serait gentil(service a la clientèle 101 svp). Surement qu'ont n'en trouve pas chez Jean Coutu :-) 25-06-23

Attendre 30.minutes pour une prescription avant de savoir qu'elle vas être préparée...tsé quand tu es 2 à attendre et quand tu vois que tout le personnel prépare des prescriptions pour des gens qui ne sont pas là,...faudrait peut-être que le pharmacien revoit son service à la clientèle..

Le service à la clientèle est horrible. Aucun respect pour les clients. On se fait aborder au comptoir comme si ont dérangeait. La jeune dame au cheveux frisés à la caisse, doit vraiment apprendre à parler au genre, très arrogante et irrespectueuse. Je me suis fait crié dessus parce que j’attendais de payer ma facture. C’est la deuxième fois que s’arrivent. La première fois j’étais très tolérante, mais là, c’était de trop.

Jean Coutu Lachine..I find it absolutely horrible that you do not have product for Black people..DORVAL DOES..LASALLE DOES...And your cosmetics lady Christine was so quick to send me elsewhere or order online..When I said I don't live in live in Lasalle she said she does and that it doesn't take much gas...Not everyone has a full tank like you Christine or would like to waste time..She then said..it's your schedule ...duh...I wasted my time and gas to come to a store that doesn't sell anything..and I should waste more time and gas going back to Dorval or head out of my way to Lasalle..UNACCEPTABLE.
