Following the failure of a first delivery attempt, my package was returned to the planet courier warehouse. What particularly surprises me is that I did not have access to the tracking of the package at any time. Planete Courrier would have tried to deliver my package on October 22, but I was not informed of this situation. I did not receive any notification from the delivery person, nor even a notice of attempted delivery.

I don't understand why Videotron deals with such an inefficient company. I was there, the delivery man didn't even bother to ring the bell for me to open. To then indicate “impossible to deliver”. The other reviews reveal the same experience. So not an isolated case. Frustrating that Videotron forces me to do business with such a company.
Update: I scheduled a delivery for October 9 knowing I would be home all day. Planet Courier returned the device indicating “impossible to deliver”. Yet I have been at home all day.

Very rude customer service. They come to your home without warning that they are there and it goes back to the distribution service. A wasted day off. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Parcel delivered at 6:30 p.m. in the evening, no call or text to give an estimate of the delivery time. At the time I was in my backyard. I see a note on my door saying that I missed the delivery and that I have the option to either make another appointment which is 5 days later or to pick it up at the Lachine branch the next day , which I decide to do even though it’s a 45-minute drive from my house. I showed up the next day to be told that the delivery person had not returned the package to the branch as indicated on the note. So I have to wait for their call which will be Tuesday, in 3 days.

what an inefficient company. Delivering products a random day in the morning when everybody is working and then letting a notice to pick it up yourself at lachine. Why not use email to at least inform the client of the day the delivery will be?

Very incompetent service from arrogant delivery men with no experience in customer relations, not to mention the customer service which is arrogant and doesn't even give you time to speak nor any respect for the instructions included in the reshipment request after having received a shipment supposedly that I wasn't there which is completely false.
The second time, same problem, the delivery man indicated that I was not there, did not ring the bell or knock on the door.... Really very unhappy with planet courier…. This company is completely out of line in how it does things.
Too bad we can’t meter -10 instead of 1…

A service that leaves something to be desired, no accommodation regarding the time slots to receive a package. I missed work time to wait a whole day, had to leave at 5:00 p.m., they arrived at 5:22 p.m. No empathy on the phone, a lady not receptive to finding a
other delivery time. I am referred to Purolator.????
