Purolator is the worst shipping service ever. Instead of handing my package over to the concierge, who is available 24/7 and signs for all packages from all shipping services, the courier took it to the only Purolator pickup point in Montreal, which is an 1 hour's drive from my home and has no convenient public transportation. Obtaining a code to receive the package was also a challenge — Purolator didn't have my mobile number in the system. As a result, instead of picking up the package at home, I spent 2.5 hours in the freezing cold on December 31st. My New Year's spirit was ruined.
Such terrible service creates a lot of negative emotions, which in the eyes of consumers is projected onto Rossignol's wonderful products, causing unacceptable reputational damage to your company.

The delivery was late from the estimated date by 2 days and we even called in making the customer wait alone on new year's Eve like what kind of company does this. We asked if there's no one delivering today because it's New year's Eve please let us know so we can go out and visit and be with our family and they said no you have to stay home it can be delivered till 9:00 p.m. on New year's Eve and they never came. 2 days later the delivery man buzzed at the first door refused to deliver to the apartment door of elderly residence. The customer even asked to go to the apartment door please. but the man hung up on the customer, and didn't even wait for the costumer to go down to pickup the package they just left it there unattended while forcing an elderly to get up and run down. The Purolator man was already gone when they got there. horrible experience. Extremely inconsiderate. 👎 This is the second time that we order a package with Purolator and the first one didn't even get to the delivery in there hands. the first package didn't make it to the phone on time and didn't offer a second delivery attempt they said no you have 5 days to come pick it up and that was it. Honestly extremely terrible for elderly horrible experience. And your Warehouse is not easily accessible to elderly people a family member had to go and pick it up because the elderly couldn't get there. I cannot believe how you treat the elderly customers this is really unacceptable behavior as a business as a human being. The people that live in this residence are old and some are in wheelchairs and walkers and have unsteady Gates to make them hurry like this as their package exposed to be taken by anybody that is in the entrance it wasn't even in the lock secured zone of the building anyone could have took it and there people that live in this building some of the people in are building that have normal cognitive difficulties due to age that are confused this is not an okay way to treat people like this. When we take a special delivery service to be delivered in hand this is not what we had in mind and we are extremely disappointed as a family.

Extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with Purolator.
I went to pick up my package with valid government-issued photo ID, yet I was refused because they insisted on proof of address. I had just moved and, like many people, had not yet received any utility bills or official documents at my new address. I explained this clearly.
I offered multiple alternatives: the shipment confirmation email, the invoice, and my ID. The employee refused to consider anything and showed zero flexibility or willingness to help. It felt like dealing with a wall.
What makes this worse is that I only received a notification the same day stating the package was already on the truck — while I was at work. There was no prior email or advance notice that my package had arrived.
After only five days, the package was sent back to the sender. Because of Purolator’s rigid and unhelpful process, I had to pay additional fees, wait for a second shipment, and miss work again just to receive my own package.
This situation was entirely avoidable. No customer service, no common sense, and no accountability — only wasted time, extra costs, and unnecessary stress. Very poor experience. I expected far better from a company like Purolator.

Deliver guy called at my building front door, I opened him the door, he never showed up at my apartment door or leave the package on the secure box and didn't even dare waiting me going down 2minutes after I opened the door. My package is now in a warehouse super far from me. What's the point of delivering if I need to do all the work ?

Worst delivery service ever. Never use them by choice and anytime I'm forced to because of the sender it's always a nightmare. Please do better, it's 2026.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not use this service. I signed up for notifications and stayed home all day to accept my delivery, but it never arrived. They didn't send any updates. I had to manually check online to find out there was an 'attempt.' There was no attempt: no one rang my doorbell, no note or slip was left, and no snow tracks were to be seen. If the driver had shown up, they would have seen that there's an area for packages that are too big for the mailbox, but this one fit inside, so no excuse (no signature was needed). On top of that, the online agents are never available, and no one answers the phone. They sent my delivery over 2 hours away when they have a partner drop-off location that's only a 5 minute walk from me. They refused to redeliver before next week, and I was told the only way I could get my package before I had to leave was to go pick it up myself. Overall, this has been a terrible experience.

No attempt at delivery was made, they wrote a delivery notice, and left...this appears to be a regular occurrence with many people.
Now I'm expected to drive to another borough to go pick up whatever it is. Awesome work. 👌🏻

Honestly, every time an order goes through this service, it's a nightmare because the couriers call for a second and then leave immediately. They're probably just paid to show up at the location and take photos of themselves. It's terrible service. Just shut up and that's it. It's a shame we don't choose which delivery service delivers the goods, otherwise I would never have anything to do with you.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
