Terrible experience with Burstall Conrad. I contacted them for scrap car removal, expecting a fair and honest service. Not only were they extremely unprofessional, but the communication was rude and vague from the start. They gave unclear information about the price. Total lack of respect for time and customers. I strongly advise others to avoid this business if you want to be treated with basic decency.

Even one star is too much for them!!!they kept my car and lost their parts, refused to take any responsibility and accused me that I'm lying. They waste two weeks of my time and money, lying that they didn't received the report by the police.
