A pair of shoes comes out at 10 a.m. I have the purchase confirmation at 10:01 a.m. with the invoice to send to me at 11:30 a.m. In the end they cannot sell them to me. Really lame service. I never buy from this store. They probably put their boyfriend before the other customers
