Before hitting the road with a 10' truck and car hauler, the guy responsible of preping the vehicles took the time to clean the mirrors and check the tire pressure since the dash was reporting a tire pressure issue. “Last week was my first time inquiring about public storage services. Because of the closing of my 35-year-old Manoir Kanisha company, the Agence du Revenue du Canada requires that we keep all our accounting documents for the last 6 years following the closing date. This represents 12 monthly boxes x 6 years = 72 boxes. There is no place in our condo to store so many boxes. I decided to visit the ENTREPÔT PUBLIC de Dorval. I was delighted by the excellent client services provided by Despina and Vanessa, a new employee. Despina is very knowledgeable and generous. Even though I arrived at 5:55 pm, their closing time, she took 30 minutes after hours to explain all their services, rates and even showed me the various sizes of spaces they had available for my needs.
Yesterday, March 12, we arrived with an extra long truck (56 feet and 18 wheels) full of our Manoir Kanisha tools and accounting boxes. Despina stopped her lunch period and did all what is possible to assist us during our first time delivery and facilitated the movement of our oversize truck. I wish to thank her so much. I recommend this facility, which is well organized, clean, professional and has outstanding client services.

We ran into a major issue empyting a 40 foot container and ended up spending all afternoon and night till almost midnight. The manager Stephen and his team, including Dominic, Harold and Leo were beyong amazing from the get-go. From meeting with them to see options at different locations, to helping us find what right for us, down the the very night and all issues we had that were outside their control, yet they went above and beyond and thought outside the box to come up with solutions, ended up with the managers spending the night with us until we were done.

“I found this storage facility on Google when looking for somewhere close to my work. The website didn't match the sizes when I called, but still got a unit that would fit my whole condo. The unit I got was clean and the building is heated and cooled to keep your belongings in good condition. There are plenty of carts to help you bring your stuff to your unit. If it's on the 2nd floor there is a big freight elevator. As for offloading you can drive into a large garage where you'll be away from the elements. That's about it for the storage area.
As for the office area there is a wonderful woman named Eva whom helped me out tremendously. Thank you.
If you need a storage unit long term or short this place is great.”
