After many emails and phone calls, Donia Chebil arranged to have the vehicle brought to the Montreal airport so that we could drive it to Quebec City as the rental office was closed after our flight arrived. It was also closed when we flew out at 6 am on Sunday. She provided exceptional service and helped us navigate the language barrier and all challenges. Without her we would not have had such a wonderful vacation/holiday. “Hello everyone! All I have to say is great customer service!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The employee at the counter was just amazing ? !!! I went there to rent a truck on the day of my move and was very worried that there wouldn't be able to find any trucks available. The employee reassured me and I was able to calm down after a very disgusting experience I had with discount in Chateauguay. I was able to have an estimate of how much it would cost me and even with the extra charge (little over 6 hours) cost me less than 100$!!! I highly recommend renting from U-HAUL!!!”
