Super satisfied with the customer service, storage and delivery of my UBox that was coming from British Columbia. After a month of storage, my UBox was delivered on time in the Eastern townships. I had read some UBox horror stories but fortunately, nothing was broken and everything went smoothly. They communicated very well and the delivery person was extremely professional.

We've been waiting for over an hour to just get one single U-Box, employees got into a shouting match with the door open while we and the other customers were waiting (One of the employees name was Sofia or Sophia, not sure the spelling)
Edit: It's now been an hour and a half, and we're still waiting
Edit 2: 2 hours now, and we haven't even seen anyone come by for a heads up or anything

My U-Haul rental was upgraded to a slightly larger truck upon request which was appreciated. They accommodated my rental by allowing a family member to pick up the vehicule. The hours of operation were flexible at very reasonable price. The truck was clean and easy to drive, thanks for a smooth move!

Careful with Credit!
I rented a truck on January 31st from this location for a trip to Toronto, and I paid in full at the time of rental. Unfortunately, midway through the trip, my driver accidentally put diesel fuel in the truck instead of gasoline. The truck was towed to the Gatineau location (266 Rue Saint-Louis), where I paid a $1,000 penalty for repairs and picked up the truck. I then returned the truck to the location specified in my contract before the rental period ended. (I added pictures of bank statements)
However, a few months later, I received an email from the Lachine location claiming I owed a $708 penalty for the fuel error. I immediately contacted the manager (Sophie) and the manager at the Gatineau location. After they spoke with each other, they assured me everything was fine and that there would be no further penalties.
But on October 22st, I discovered that $708.51 was withdrawn from my credit card. (Without any notification), first followed from Sophie, she told me because you drop the wrong location, I went to drop location and get proof I did right, at the end she told because of wrong fuel!!!! Again I started to I followed up from her (Sophie) and the manager of Gatineau location, but after more than two weeks, I still had no resolution. I escalated the issue to the main office in Arizona, and all I received was an email stating they are waiting for more information from both Gatineau and Lachine locations, but it seems the issue remains unresolved.

Just had a lengthy conversation with their trailer hitch specialist Anderson. Even though he was at the end of his shift (literally) he patiently answered all my questions clarifying each and every option from the drop down lists. He demonstrated thorough knowledge of the parts and I confirmed this by doublechecking online as he made me aware of certain number parts. He put a literal smile on my face :) .
I also worked moving and I remember going there to rent a truck to move a family in Nova Scotia. While the waiting was a bit too long and their system was rather slow, the team was helpful and left a good impression. This is my personal experience with them so far; I have yours will be a good one too.
