“If there were 10 stars, I would give them to Ms. Chantal Houle, mortgage loan advisor. I have rarely seen someone do so much for their clients. Thank you for everything.”

“I just had one of the best customer service interactions I’ve experience in years from the fabulous Chantal T, Manager of the Lachute Quebec branch of the Bank of Montreal. She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my credit card, taking about 90 minutes out of her day! Well done Chantal and thank you so much, you were a pleasure to work with!!”

“Today August 4, I was very well received! 2 women at the entrance despite the 5 minutes before closing, and that I didn't have a bank account with you! You were able to help me!! Then I in turn have to give you 5 stars for your excellent customer service. Very friendly!!! thanks again”
