Several empty shelves, yet the clerk confirms to me that the wine I am looking for has been delivered and is in the back of the store, but the same clerk tells me that she has no, because she does not want to take the time to go locate the bottles in the boxes delivered this morning.
Amazing .....
Bad service, no respect for the customer,
the true legendary laziness of a government employee.
Looking forward to the SAQ losing its sales monopoly, and for this to be done by third parties who will have their customers at heart

It’s not the biggest SAQ but I am happy to have one in Lachute and I can usually find what I want or do an order and pick up.

The staff is welcoming and helpful when necessary. The place being not too big, the variety is correct. Pantry space often saves me!

I have visited several SAQs in the Laurentians (around 5 or 6) in the last year and I will continue to support the Lachute SAQ, because the service is always present and most pleasant, especially in the suggestions for wine ideas.
