“I purchased a vehicle from Auto Publique.When the visit arrived, the salesman Nick was very kind and attentive. When we looked at the car, there were several points to repair before making the purchase. They told me they would repair it and call me back when it was ready to go. So far so good.On the other hand, the reason why I allow myself to give 4 stars is far from being the fault of the seller because he has nothing to do with it but rather those who work in the garage. They called me every day to tell me that the car was going to be ready tomorrow, but the problem is that they called me every day for 3 weeks to always tell me “tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow”In other words, the repair deadline was not respected and it was however quite long (3 weeks of waiting...)I now have the car repaired but unfortunately we see that the repair was done very quickly because it is far from perfect ?But for the seller's side I have nothing to say, he was super honest with me with proof of what he told me and I appreciated his approach from start to finish.On the other hand, I won't go back for the garage side, because it doesn't look good and the quality of the repair work is far from the best...Thank you Auto Public!”
