“I go to this store almost every day. I have literally seen customers stealing groceries at the self checkout. I saw a woman taking two carts full and ringing up every third item. When I reported it to customer service they told me there is nothing they can do. Fast forward to me buying some tomatoes a little while back. I guess one of my tomatoes wasn't on the scale just right and the self checkout attendant ran over to tell me my tomato was off the scale. She cancelled the transaction and made me redo it. Now how much sense does this make? People can steal carts full of groceries day after day and they can't do anything, but she didn't have a problem stopping me when my tomato didn't get weighed right. By the way, that tomato made the bill go up 25 cents. Crazy. Your staff should be able to stop thieves. Why are we paying high grocery prices when you just let thieves walk right out the door? I was told a woman stole groceries from here every day for months, and the staff weren't allowed to do anything. How about call the police?”
“In life you get what you pay for. It may be a little more expensive but the employees are friendly and the food is fresh and of good quality. I go to métro regularly and just keep an eye out for specials.”
“It's a small family grocery store, they are friendly and attentive to what you are looking for. The meat is local and very fresh. Plus they just renovated, it’s great!”
