Bicyclette Tranquille is a perfect place for all bicycle needs, from repairs to sales. The service is polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Staff take time to explain problems and options. Repairs, like fixing a tire or chain, are completed quickly, making bikes feel brand new. Pricing is fair. They sell bikes, with customers very happy with their purchases over the years. The service is in French, but they try their best for English speakers. A point of note is that test rides before buying a new bike are not possible. The shop comes highly recommended.
While riding our bikes along the bicycle path, we made a quick stop to see if my daughter's tire could be repaired, and a polite, professional gentleman( can't remember his name) kindly assisted us, completing the task in no time, leaving us very pleased with the service.
