I missed a call yesterday, someone left a message in my voicemail telling me to contact Canada Post because I have a package in my name but the address is not complete. I just called and the lady told me it’s a scam, that she doesn’t have a package and hung up on me! What great customer service!!!

Went on Friday 8:01 pm. On google it says closes at 9. And the lady looked the door as soon as I reached there in front of me. And said it’s closed. And didn’t wait to hear my answer. Walked quickly behind her and stop her. And showed closing time on google. She said ‘it’s wrong information on google it always closes at 8’ she said and walk away…..Is this the service you guys are providing?When someone thinks to visit after office they takes bus and metro to reach there and you guys are closing the door on our face…..PATHETIC?

They are so lazy that they even dont want to correct working hours on their notice. It's wrong - many people came at night when post is closed already. But how post guy at the counter said - we dont care about cusomer we spit on them. It is Canada Post!

Just don’t go there! Even though the opening hours are showing as open on Google, there is just never an employee actually there. Third time in a row it happened today!

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. The staff seemed to be insufficient and unqualified for the job. The supervisor was nowhere to be found, and the representatives had difficulty communicating in English or French. To make matters worse, I had to drive 20 minutes to pick up my package, even though there is a Canada Post just two streets down from my house.
