Absolutely terrible branch. I can never reach anyone. I send letter of directions but weeks go by without any action. My GIC is stuck with them for weeks now and I can’t reach anyone to cash it out. Just terrible.

Unexperienced, lazy workers. I have been waiting 6 months for POA papers to process after providing all documents and identification, still no follow up call.

Opened an account online no problem no need to go in branch to verify my identity opened a savings account the same way and my account page shows balance unavailable after contact customer service I'm told that my account is on hold I have to go I'm branch to open the account and verification, weird considering I never had to go to open the initial account but no biggy. Now I go into the bank at the desk and explain the situation to the teller in which she respond "so what is it you want to do" to which I elaborate I have an chequing account here I'm opening a savings account and I don't have access to it and when I called I was told I have to come in branch" at this point I realized I don't have my client card on me but I have my ID in my hand she tells me I need to have 2 pieces of ID and my client to proceed so I ask what if I lost my client card she repeats herself and says I need to have 2 pieces of ID so I left there's no need to argue but what doesn't make sense is if you lose your client card does mean you're just out of luck are they not able to look up accounts with the client card

I will never do business with this bank, so complicated to simply activate a cosco credit card! It takes forever to get someone on the line!

BRUTAL service. No one ever answers the phone or returns your message. Representative was very nice when we met but zero follow up more than two weeks later.

Staff at the reception not competent and do not give the exact information what is on the site, it must be reformed to how to take care of new customers, in any case you have lost two accounts

No service, no return calls even in the event of fraud. A ridiculous bank, I sincerely believe that after 20 years I would change banks.

Really bad experience. Long wait, rude staff, really unwelcoming service and the worst part is their manager, no wonder why this place is going down the road.
