@sameeum :( I am that guy you said horrible one!And you composed a story for 150$!You just return a box for Zara by Pudo ,right?I know a lot people bought and use once time and return!?So,thats garbage?right?!I told you leave there I will scan it after!You don't trust me and come my store look Im a thief!?So ,who is real thief ? I look you profile and comments,you really like complain and give one star for the services?Nice story for 150$,big money in Depanneur !You really really know the local return policy!

Horrible man working there. I went in today to drop off a Pudo Point package and the man at the counter wouldn’t scan it while I was there. His reason: “I don’t want to now and you can’t tell me what to do”. I politely asked the man behind the counter to please scan it while I’m there because I get a confirmation email that it was dropped off. The man replied that I should trust him and he will do it later. I then ask him if he would trust me if I left with $150 worth of his merchandise (same worth of my package) and come back tomorrow to pay for it, of course he says no. This man is incredibly lazy and didn’t want to get up and scan my box because he was on his iPad. I’m actively looking how to make a complaint at Pudo directly for his poor behaviour. This is not how you do business.

Definitely one of the best Deps I've ever been to, and the best in the area! Large selection despite the somewhat small location, decent prices, and amazing customer service! I go here several times per week, I absolutely recommended this store!
