I rented here on Saturday Oct 18th, I had a great experience thanks to the manager. She was extremely helpful and informative, taking the time to answer all my questions clearly. Her friendly demeanor and great sense of humor made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with someone so professional and personable — highly recommend!

Very pleasant interactions with all staff I’ve met so far. Patient and helpful to a first time storage user. Clean and quiet setting as well. Can’t imagine a better experience so far.

If you need reliability, DO NOT RENT HERE.
I only needed a storage unit for one month during Quebec’s moving season (July 1st), from June 17th to July 17th. I clearly explained this at the front desk, and the staff confirmed it wouldn’t be a problem. I paid the full month in advance, purchased a lock from them, the employee showed me the unit, locked it, and handed me the keys. She confirmed the unit would be ready for use starting June 17th.
That’s when the problems began.
On June 30th, I rented a U-Haul and hired a moving crew (paid by the hour) to empty my previous apartment. When I arrived at Entrepôt Public after office hours (around 6 PM), I discovered my unit was locked by them. I had nowhere else to go with my belongings, and I had to completely vacate my apartment that day, since my lease was ending. This was a critical moment, and they failed me. There was no emergency number posted anywhere on site. I was stuck outside with a truck full of stuff and movers waiting — all because they forgot to remove their lock, despite my rental starting on June 17th.
After some time, I managed to find a number online. A staff member arrived two hours later, admitted the mistake, and unlocked the unit. No apology, no compensation. Just a lot of wasted time and extra money spent on the truck and movers — and a very stressful experience.
Unfortunately, that was just the beginning.
On July 2nd, I started receiving emails saying that my rent was due — even though I had already paid for the full month in advance. I was even contacted by phone. I explained the situation again, and the employee told me their system doesn’t allow specifying non-standard rental periods. So, why do they rent this way if they can’t manage it? Why should the customer have to explain and fix their internal issues?
She assured me the issue was resolved and I wouldn't be contacted again.
Next time I went to the building, my access code didn’t work. Luckily it was during working hours, and after explaining everything once more to a different employee, my access was restored. Again, no apology — just me fixing their mistake a second time.
But the worst part: on July 15th, when I went to pick up the rest of my belongings, my unit was locked AGAIN. The same employee who had reactivated my building access code apparently didn’t know that the unit itself also gets locked if the system marks the account as unpaid. How is this possible? How can an employee who resets your access code not also unlock the unit, if both are part of the same security procedure? This shows a lack of training and internal coordination that is unacceptable for a business offering secure, on-demand access to personal belongings.
This completely defeats the purpose of renting a storage unit in the first place. The whole idea is to be able to access your unit freely and reliably — not to wonder every time you go whether you’ll be able to get in or not. And if you go outside business hours, you're on your own — there’s no guarantee you’ll have access, and no one to call if there’s a problem.
What should have been a practical solution during a stressful, physically exhausting move turned into an even worse nightmare — wasting my time, money, and energy.
If your staff can't manage non-standard rental periods, then don’t offer them. And train your employees so they understand how your system works. Because right now, this service is completely unreliable.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Horrible service. First I call customer service, say I can close my reservation and get a locker as long as I arrive before 6 pm.
I got there before 6 pm. Soon as i walk in through the door, manager Mame Diarra Sene dismisses me asking "what are you here for?" I explain what I was told and coming before 6 to get a locker.
She dismisses me immediately saying sorry too late, can't help. I can't believe this company plays with your time carelessly and disrespectfully. I understand if they close at 6, but why say something to then shut the customer down?
Awful lot of money and time wasted by relying on them.
