My choice of color was not available, the store was proactive and called me to inform me that they had to bring in this color, which would delay delivery. It's rather rare today for merchants to inform the customer of a delay (it's generally up to the customer to call to find out where the order is) so it's really appreciated! The package finally arrived in a more than reasonable time, very well packaged and protected. Very good experience on my side.”

“What an exceptional service I received today! I went to this location to buy pillows, a duvet and bedding sets. Marylen came to help me. She was so lovely. She gave me great recommendations and when an item was not on the shelf she would run to get it from the back. She made me feel very comfortable when I was taking time to decide. I also met Simon, her collegue, who also was very kind and always ready to help. I will be returning there for sure!”
