I love the service i received here. But i removed 1 star because of the young blonde chubby one, didn’t seems to know much about their products and offers . She made me feel like I’m unwanted and that she was way too busy at the cash register to pass me.She gave me a Sephora worker vibe. I don’t think she is fit to work at the Linen Chest.

Service de commande en ligne et de ramassage en magasin ne fonctionne pas du tout. J'ai commandé en ligne et livré en magasin pour NE PAS ATTENDRE à la caisse. J'ai dû attendre 30 minutes derrière 3 clients. Et oui, 10 minutes par clients... système informatique de caisse complètement désuet. Magasin à éviter pendant le temps des fêtes et autre journées achalandées.

Similar experience as Sandrine.... Please fix your online pick-up counter or remove the big sign stating it exists.... Waited there only to be told to go to the back of the other cashier line once the employee was done with the family in front of me.

Terrible terrible service. Rude head cashier at your Angrignon location who kept insulting me when I wanted to return something after waiting 25 mins for the online order I placed three weeks ago and just received pick up notification. The register for online orders was closed so you must line up for the only cash that open (on a Black Friday 20% off promo to boot). I will NEVER EVER step foot in your store again. I prefer to support businesses who value my time and treat me with respect. And I have the conversation recorded as I couldn’t believe she was insulting me under her breath while serving another clients. So unprofessional and rude. If you keep hiring people like this you’ll keep losing clients!

Hi, my friends and I went into the store looking furniture for my room and as soon as we came in we were told to leave. We did not even have time to look for anything. We respectfully told her we were looking for furniture and she said she did not care with a lot of attitude and told us to leave the store. We didn’t even do anything wrong and we were very polite. We had to leave the store because this employee was completely disrespectful to us.

Hello. I like Linen Chest. The commis are very helpful and deserve a raise, especially the emo russian girl and the indian guy who hangs by the coffee machines. The staff are really nice and know when their customer's orders are available for pickup at the store. The porcelain bowls are always straight. My only critique is that some of the workers don't know how to direct customers to the soup spoons in English. I do not know why she has not been inspected by the Office de la Langue Anglaise.

Though I love Linen Chest products, their online pick up service needs to be improved. Came twice for my order at this location, but wasn’t able to pick up because of a system failure.I went there after the confirmation email saying ready to pick up. The guy asked me to come by another time with a straight face!!The fact that they don’t want to mail to me either made me further angry, while considering that I live in a country side and needs at least 45 minutes drive. A total waste of my time.Well, I’m going to pick up today after making sure my item is there. If there is a problem still, I wouldn’t mind calling the consumer court. Such a shame for store like LINEN CHEST!!!

I ordered on line thinking it would be faster to pick up.I waited about 20mins when I could have just picked up the item from the metal bin next to the cash and paid it would have taken 2 mins.It is not a time saving move to order on line and pick up!
