My partner and I immediately felt confident with Marc-Antoine, who was able to direct us exactly to what we were looking for, taking the time to fully understand our needs and give us several options and explain them well. He is truly someone who is authentic and who cares about his customers and his products.
After a few weeks, we came back to see them for a little adjustment. Marc-Antoine once again offered us wonderful support. His colleagues came to collect the mattress one morning, made the required adjustment and we had our mattress adjusted by early afternoon the same day.

I purchased the Venti Doubles Sided Organic and oh my...I am having the best sleep ever. I wake up in the morning and I simply don't feel my back. My back is light as a feather!! In addition, I sleep more profoundly, turn and change position way less often (if at all) and don't wake up during the night. “We visited Entrepôt le Matelas in Laval, and our experience was outstanding. When we arrived, Steve Croisetière was just about to leave and close the store. We were not aware of their schedule. Despite that, he was incredibly kind and took off his jacket to stay and help us. Many employees would have simply asked us to come back another day, but Steve went above and beyond.
He took the time to explain every detail thoroughly! We walked in planning to buy one mattress and left with two, along with pillows and covers. Steve is truly excellent at what he does.
I’m also not sure about some of the negative reviews here. The return policy is clearly printed on the receipt, including the requirement to purchase a mattress cover for protection. Everything was explained to us clearly.
We purchased our mattresses on New Year’s Eve and were told delivery would be on Friday. We assumed it would be the following Friday, but the delivery person actually called us on New Year’s Day, on his day off, to confirm the delivery. On Friday, he called again to give us the exact arrival time. I was honestly shocked that they arrived exactly at the minute he said they would!
The delivery team was very friendly, very professional, and even removed their shoes before bringing in the mattresses. Overall, the entire team went the extra mile to provide exceptional service. Highly recommended.”

David spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to find out what was needed, he was the only one who asked me how much my son weighed and what type of pain he had. No other place I called asked for this information. I went to the store the next day and Steven served us. With the patience of an angel and exemplary professionalism, he had my son try several electric beds and different mattresses. We purchased and my son now has better sleep and less pain at night.
