“Very satisfied with the great service I received from Joey (manager) at Dormez-Vous lasalle. He listened attentively to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He was not “pushy” but was focused on ensuring my needs were met. Took very good care of managing the delivery and installation of my mattress and baseboard. Very satisfied and pleased with this experience and I recommend very highly this location to anyone looking for any bedding articles.”

“I had a great experience at Matelas Bonheur. I was shopping for a mattress for my daughter about 2 weeks ago in the Lasalle area and the lady at the store helped me find the perfect mattress for my child. She advised & provided great consultation and also was very patient which helped me to a lot in making my final decision and choosing to shop at Matelas Bonheur. Will definitely come back again to buy another mattress from her :)”

“Frankly incredible service. My partner and I immediately felt confident with Marc-Antoine, who was able to direct us exactly to what we were looking for, taking the time to fully understand our needs and give us several options and explain them well. He is truly someone who is authentic and who cares about his customers and his products. After a few weeks, we came back to see them for a little adjustment. Marc-Antoine once again offered us wonderful support. His colleagues came to collect the mattress one morning, made the required adjustment and we had our mattress adjusted by early afternoon the same day. Frankly, they are redefining what a perfect customer experience is. Thanks for everything and keep it up!”

“Wow. Can I give 10 stars?! From start to finish, it was a real pleasure buying a mattress from Dormez-vous. Dealing with Leonard was lovely, so easy, just as other customers have said in their reviews. Even a sudden brief power failure didn’t faze him; he has a calm and reassuring demeanour. The store has a huge assortment of mattresses to choose from so you’re bound to find what you want. Ours was delivered without a hitch on the day I suggested. Wonderful smooth service all around. By the way, last night was the first night we slept on our new Bloom Earth mattress. Best sleep in ages! Kudos, Dormez-vous!”

“We visited Entrepôt le Matelas in Laval, and our experience was outstanding. When we arrived, Steve Croisetière was just about to leave and close the store. We were not aware of their schedule. Despite that, he was incredibly kind and took off his jacket to stay and help us. Many employees would have simply asked us to come back another day, but Steve went above and beyond. He took the time to explain every detail thoroughly! We walked in planning to buy one mattress and left with two, along with pillows and covers. Steve is truly excellent at what he does. I’m also not sure about some of the negative reviews here. The return policy is clearly printed on the receipt, including the requirement to purchase a mattress cover for protection. Everything was explained to us clearly. We purchased our mattresses on New Year’s Eve and were told delivery would be on Friday. We assumed it would be the following Friday, but the delivery person actually called us on New Year’s Day, on his day off, to confirm the delivery. On Friday, he called again to give us the exact arrival time. I was honestly shocked that they arrived exactly at the minute he said they would! The delivery team was very friendly, very professional, and even removed their shoes before bringing in the mattresses. Overall, the entire team went the extra mile to provide exceptional service. Highly recommended.”

“In the last 10 years I have purchased 4 mattresses all high end (around 4,000.00$ each) and they all gave me a sore back. I don't have a back problem unless I sleep on the wrong mattress. I purchased the Venti Doubles Sided Organic and oh my...I am having the best sleep ever. I wake up in the morning and I simply don't feel my back. My back is light as a feather!! In addition, I sleep more profoundly, turn and change position way less often (if at all) and don't wake up during the night. It is such a blessing to sleep this well and my body is thanking me for choosing latex. Thank you Essentia. Best purchase of the last 10 years.”

1100 Bd Marie-Victorin, Longueuil QC J4G 2H9
“Exceptional service from David and Steven from the Longueuil store. I was looking for an electric bed for my son who has multiple sclerosis. David spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to find out what was needed, he was the only one who asked me how much my son weighed and what type of pain he had. No other place I called asked for this information. I went to the store the next day and Steven served us. With the patience of an angel and exemplary professionalism, he had my son try several electric beds and different mattresses. We purchased and my son now has better sleep and less pain at night. The delivery guys were super nice and courteous, they even set up the bed. Thanks David and Steven”

“We recently made a purchase from Meubles RD Laval, and overall, the buying process was smooth. The furniture quality is excellent, and I’m very happy with my purchase. That said, the experience could easily have turned into a nightmare because of the challenges we faced with the post-delivery process and the online customer support team. Fortunately, Kimberly, the store manager, completely turned the situation around. Kimberly is incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely understands the importance of taking care of customers. She went above and beyond to help us navigate the issues and made sure we were satisfied. Her commitment to customer service is exactly what creates loyal customers and reflects positively on the store. Thank you, Kim, for your outstanding support and dedication. You truly made all the difference in our experience!”
