“HiGood experience at this pensoil pit stop .Quick and well done .No waiting line when I went .A little pricey compared to the other place I usually go , but they are way closer to home , making me avoid lots of traffic, plus I encourage local businesses.Staff was very friendly, management as well .Will definitely go back .A little something strange , they seem not to authorize tips to employees, the oil change technician gave it to the manager !!!CheersMike”

“Long story short: after an oil change , the car started having problems immediately. When I called to complain they had the car towed back to the shop without hesitation. After checking everything EVANS realized what was the problem. It may or may not have been related to the oil change ( air intake problem) and was a minor fix. He was patient enough to explain everything to me AND fix the problem.The way Evans handled the situation should be the gold standard for customer service. If it wasn't for him , I would have never gone back there and would not have spoken kindly of the place.100% recommended for your next oil change.Also I have used the place a lot of times before and never had problems, but this experience for me demonstrates that they don't only do an okay job, they do a great job and care for their customers ?”
