Had my oil changed here in the spring using their synthetic oil.. Less than 3 thousand kilometers and the oil is already burnt. There's no way I could do 7500 kilometers on this oil as indicated. Engine would be destroyed.

Visited the shop for the first time yesterday for a quick oil change. All bays were full, 4 cars ahead of me and I was in and out in 40mins. The staff (especially my attendant) were incredibly friendly, professional and explained everything including price before any work was done. I will absolutely return. Thank you for such a great experience!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
As soon as they looked at my car I knew it would be a issue as it is a 2024 model. They called idk who to see what filter they needed. Took 30 min. Then they found one but not the correct number. They ended up using it as they had already drained my car. Was very uneasy. They made it seem like no big deal.
When they were done (one hour later) he suggested to reset my service light. He plugged two different OBD’s and it didn’t work. I just said « I got to go » and left with my service light still on. The worst part is they put too much oil in my car. And now I have a new service light to remove oil……. I am beyond dissatisfied and will NEVER go there again.
Please stay away. All this cost me 140$
And now I will go to VW and get it all done properly.
Shame on the owners of this place.

In and out in less than 20 minutes. Stayed in my car the whole time. The guys are fresh, even put air in my car and suggested me a website where to go buy new sets of tires (bcuz i need new tires). I came here cuz a friend recommended me and now I Highly recommend them to all.

Drive-in, line up, get served. They do only one thing and they do it well (and fast). They have a pit so no need to lift the vehicle, great for when you don’t have an appointment

Super slow service. The guys are dragging their feet and slow as mules. I went there before and it was less than ten minutes tops. Service and speed of work.

I am still at shock that I changed my oil and I left with a loose filer. I drove my car to ottawa and I started having major problems on the way back. When I confronted the owner. He dismissed the incident and the potential impact it could had on my car. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Total lack of responsibility and I professionalism

Refuses service to customers before closing time, 20 minutes before closing he turned over the only other vehicle behind me (I was the only one in line). However, they can work up to 3 vehicles at the same time....
