We had the pleasure of working with Samantha both when we bought our home in the West Island three years ago and again recently when we decided to sell it. Even though we were out of town, she personally visited properties we liked, provided honest feedback and guided us with complete transparency. My wife and I we were looking for an investment property. It was our lucky chance to connect with Samantha. It was the winter of 2022….and the time wasn’t ideal…multiple purchase offers, high prices, basically definitely not a buyer market :). Samantha was very patient with us, she made us visit multiple places and helped us clarify what we were looking for. She is very professional and dedicated to her work. Always responding to our messages/calls within a few hours at the most. At the end we purchased two properties with her. It was a nice surprise when she told us that she also offers to all of her clients who buy with her to rent the appartements free of charge. I would definitely recommend Samantha to anyone and use her services again.
