Today morning car wash is not working so go to pump but there no windshield water and no peper towels so go inside the store to tell them about et and there was manager but they don't care

I had left my phone charger on the bus that comes from Toronto to Montreal, since au was in a rush to go to a poker tournament. Only until much later did I realize that I had left it on the bus. I was very fortunate at 12:55am to be able to purchase the cable and wall charger at this gas station. The attendant also allowed to make sure that I had the right cable, so I really appreciated his help. I thank God that I was able to attain this even in such a dire circumstance. Thank you to the attendant as well.

Be cautious! I attempted to pay directly at the pump, but it didn’t work. I had to go inside to pay because the pump was ‘broken’ and ended up moving to another pump. To my surprise, I noticed two charges on my credit card. When I tried resolving the issue with the manager, they refused to help. I’m now contacting my bank to dispute the charges. This feels like a scam—stay alert!

Caught in the car wash for a 2nd time this evening.
The first time was 2-3 years ago.
It’s high time we invested in this one.
It's sad, this station is well located and convenient,
but I will not return to this place!

Today 26 May around 1:00 AM I left from my job and needed change for bus ticket and visited the store to buy something. The guy with grey hoodie signs me from window that it's closed. after he saw another two customers coming after me he got confused and opened the door. This was very mean and irresponsible behavior of this person. I request the management to discipline this person he can bother someone else also.

Beware of fraud. Twice my card was refused and the employee said she had a terminal problem. But the amount was withdrawn from my account twice. That's the two times it was refused.I filed a fraud report with my bank so I strongly recommend paying cash.When I tried to call them on the phone, the person who answered was making a lot of noise, crumpling paper or something, pretending not to understand.Avoid paying using your debit or credit card

The gas pump had leaked on my pants, shoes and winter coat. Needed to get that dry cleaned. The owner did not take responsibility to reimburse my expenses for that. He even blamed me for finishing to fill up the gas I had paid for.He claimed that after he saw on his video recording that the pump spilled on me.And then he claimed there was nothing wrong with the pump.How is that possible?So much for customer service.The case is escalated to Sobeys.
