Very poor delivery services. Place an order online for 5pm-6pm delivery and now at 7pm still no order and customer service says "sorry for the inconvenience. We will reimburse the delivery fee." How does that make up for an hour, and counting, of wasted time?

On October 11th, I purchased a skull fantasy for my son, and he wore the fantasy Saturday before Halloween at a party with friends.As the fantasy got dirty, I washed it with cold water and without drying it in the dryer for fear of damaging the product.As per the photos, I went in person on Oct 31 to the Walmart Lasalle store in Montreal, QC and to my surprise I was told that Halloween items are valid for one-time use only and as they had already been used there would be no refund, credit or exchange.My surprise, apart from the response, was that regardless of whether the product was of poor quality, like the one I bought, the employee did not take the slightest care to listen to the customer.And to my surprise, there is not one channel for Customer Service for clients that buy in stores in Canada.

Worst service ever I was suppose to get my package delivered to my house and it was delivered to this store no one contacted me that it was there. I needed that was in the order and don’t bother try calling them they don’t answer phones I called multiple times and no one answered. It’s ridiculous how many times you called they don’t answer and so I tried again the next day someone answers the call I’m explaining to them my situation don’t bother to listen. Went to the store with my daughter that is only 2 and it’s raining to retrieve my package wait so long at the service with the manager just texting on the phone. Not bothering to help finally get to go and told that I needed to go somewhere else to pick up my package like why was I not told that on the phone instead of wasting my time in line like this extremely unprofessional people that work there worst service.

Horrible store. Cancelled my order last minute when I was on the way to the store without giving any explanation. I contacted customer service via online chat, waited 15 min for an agent with bad English who hadn't only given me any answer but cancelled our conversation pretending I wasn't there. I waited around 12 min for his answer. After 12 min he asked me if I was there, I responded 2 min later buy he had had already cancelled the chat. It was the last time I tried to buy something from Walmart, a totally waste of time and a horrible service. Not to mention cheap Chinese faulty products. Tried to give the 2nd chance to the store but its just waste.

I have shopped there about 20+ times over 10 years.We usually found what we wanted. Generally a good store.It is sad they closed down much of the automotive, as we bought batteries etc. regularly.Candy, is huge. Their Great Value Swiss 100 gram chocolate bars are a super bargain, with a great number of flavours including dark, orange, mint, white, hazel nut, almond, etc.Wow. One clerk marked down blueberry pies already discounted at ~$5 to something crazy like $2.95 in front of me. More wow.To all you purists, about "messes"- guess what? That''s from YOUR fellow shoppers! Stop complaining and reprimand thoughtless idiots YOU see opening a package, or leaving stuff anywhere but where it belongs.Coming from a shopper, I know- it does make an impression! And give Walmart an extra star... for being there, when you are!I used to own a retail store... Not always fun!

Honestly the worst Walmart in the whole of Montreal. They never deliver groceries on time and even if they do they send out the wrong items. They Never pick up the phone and even the customer care has no clue on what is happening in the store.

The lines here can get pretty insane, stretching 3/4 down the depth of the store. They only have a couple cashiers open max and people are pretty slow to self checkout. I'd say lately that 1 out of 3 trips I end up leaving without buying anything because of the line.

***DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO HOLD YOUR MONEY FOR MULTIPLE DAYS WITHOUT DELIVERING ANYTHING!!!*** Check all the other reviews here saying the SAME THING!Also, they consistently deliver many hours past the delivery window, and bring spoiled food, incorrect items, plus forget things completely, then lead you on a wild goose chase trying to get a refund, only to BAN your account if it happens too often despite it being THEIR fault. (I am on my THIRD account!!!) This store is both understaffed and completely mismanaged, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.My review: I made a grocery order online to be delivered at 3pm yesterday. After 5pm it updated to show that my order has been delayed to 4pm. Never was delivered! Online displayed "In progress" & "Sorry! Your grocery order is delayed."Today I started a chat on the site and was told that it was in fact cancelled, and in order to get a refund I needed to call customer service. Already this process was pissing me off, why do I need to call to get a refund for my order that was cancelled by the store? That makes no sense.I do call and am then told that I would be contacted WITHIN 72 HOURS. I would not get my refund for potentially 3 days or more. So now I am out over $500 and have no food. In tears I explain over the phone that I now have NO FOOD. I was told "Don't worry," repeatedly. Don't worry? I now have no money and no food for the next 3 days. They could not even do me the courtesy of offering a gift card to compensate me for THEIR disorganization and what has become a huge waste of MY time. Even when I do get my money back, the flyer will have changed, so I will have to do my entire grocery order over again.Completely and utterly disgusted... after this experience I will not ever be using Walmart again and I will be warning others as well. I was understanding in the past about mistakes made in picking and delivering my order, the delivery being late, the refund process for delivered items being less than stellar, but no more. I am completely done. I'm just fortunate that I do not have children who would now be starving because of this. DISGUSTING!I have never had any of these issues with IGA and will be going back to using them instead. Not like it is affordable anymore anyways, my usual order has gone from around $450 to almost $600 for the same things. Price of ground turkey almost doubled! Greedy!!

This is a review for the ladies at the sushi counter.First of all, it's a treat to see these ladies create a nice sushi ? platter. They are pleasant and have a good sense of humour.I only tried the shrimp ? it was about 24hrs old. However it was very enjoyable. Those ladies made my day by making a good shrimp roll. Honestly, I will go back to try other items they hand prepared themselves. Buying sushi at Walmart was questionable, not anymore with those ladies in charge!Tell them they have a new fan!!!Thank you for helping make my day a little better ?I wish you two lots of success.

Without any sign on the entrance doors saying that pets are not allowed, the weekend store manager Pari disrespectfully asked me to leave the store, although I had my dog in a sling, the worst experience ever.

I brought my 90 year old grandma in to get her a new phone from the electronics department and sixtine helped us and went above and beyond the level of customer service I would have ever expected. This girl should be a manager. Thank you for making the situation very easy for us.

I always place my orders online. Unfortunately, since I live near Walmart Lasalle, I have to place my online orders for that particular store. However, the store is consistently messy and has poor customer service. I often encounter issues such as missing items or receiving rotten fruits. To begin with my recent order, I did not receive an email to inform me that my order was out for delivery. Furthermore, after receiving my order and discovering the missing items, nobody from Omni Walmart Lasalle answered the phone when I tried to reach them. The store's customer service is incredibly lacking, and it is truly frustrating to have to constantly follow up on my orders. It is worth mentioning a previous incident where I only received half of my order. When I went to the store in person, they initially denied that my order was incomplete and treated me rudely. However, I persisted, and eventually they found the rest of my order abandoned on the floor. It turned out that while they had picked my order, they hadn't given the entire order to the driver. It is high time for that store to become more organized in order to prevent such cases from happening again in the future.

This store’s inventory is great, but they don’t manage the crowd at the billing area. Everytime I have to wait for 20 minutes just to reach the billing. Half of the counters are turned off I don’t know why

It's a good place to do family shopping. I was there with my wife and our girls, we had a wonderful experience shopping there. Variety is the spice of life: you have varieties there.
