Was walking in at 6:50 pm ,the manager Sylvain jumped like a ninja over the counter dropping a bunch of stuff on the floor to stop me from entering telling me there closed ,so instead of purchasing a product that would have taken me 3 minutes to get ,,I argued for 10 minutes and left at 7pm .
Thanks Addison never again.

Bought a lamp wire and plug in Pointe Claire only to find out all I needed was a new plug. Went in to get a refund and purchase a plug. The rude Lady at the cash refused even though nothing said on the bill that I had to return to the West Island. I've seen her rude manner before but thought she was just having a bad day. Sadly that's just the service here.
Looked at some wallplates and was told that if I exchange them they would take off 10% if the plastic bag was opened. Like they won't simply replace the bag .
Never going back.

This is the first time I've come to buy a fan, and it will be the last time.
I was with my wife and my children, and everything was under control for my children, but apparently the guy with the glasses I think he didn't appreciate that my wife was veiled, that's why he made comments to me.

Good service. Please note, I think it would have been relevant if this store was called Addison Express because you can really find basic necessities there and the stock is a bit mainstream. We're really not in a store the size of Addison Central Market which is really huge and in which there is quite a lot of everything that is sold electronically in Quebec.

Impossible to have clear answers regarding solar panels. Are not able to tell what panel strength required to charge a deep cycle battery.
