I came in to fix my iPhones screen and the experience was phenomenal!! I had made an appointment prior to going. I even got there earlier and got served ASAP. Mind you, the store was full of clients and I still got an amazing and efficient service. When I came back to get my repaired device, I got there 15min earlier and everything was taken care of. I really appreciate the great service from Apple!

I was very disappointed with my experience at Apple. When I walked in I spoke with a sales woman that I was interested in getting a Mac Mini and she told me she was going to find me someone to serve me about 15 mins later I see her and 3 other sales people with their hands in their pockets socializing. 2 mins later I was approached by another sales person and he tells me that he’ll find someone to serve me. After 5 mins I see him socializing with all his buddies. I was waiting for almost 30 mins and I went in there intending to purchase the Mac Mini and an Apple Watch series 10. The sales woman that 1st saw me when I walked in saw me walk out and didn’t even bother to stop me and ask if there was something wrong.

I can’t unfortunately recommend going to this Apple Store. You will wait endlessly for a staff to help you out. I wanted to upgrade my iPhone model, but had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up to finally tell me to wait another 20 minutes. I ended up going somewhere else.
