Probably the worst Apple Store in North America, and this is not a metaphor! The person on point asked us to sit and wait for our appointment without starting the appointment, we waited 40 min to figure that out, in between
we asked a store member for help but he must be a Senior Tennis player because he kept sending me to a teammate instead of answering a simple question. Then the person at the Genius didn’t dare to mention the provincial Law until we did, since the phone couldn’t be fixed, we wanted to upgrade, but they said nope too late, that was 20 min before closing. We just needed the device no setup or nothing, they didn’t even offered a solution. Any way we got it the day after but not from Apple. Also the store was really a mess, the kind that is close to vaccinated from spending.

FRAUD ALERT : while in the store transferring my data to a new iPhone, receive Apple Fraud Alert & Equifax Fraud Alert. Data have been seen in dark website Equifax said. Think twice, a member of this store is working for a fraud community.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT , Yesterday I went to this store to exchange my phone to another color ,I bought my 17pro from apple Saint Catherine and they gave me a good service which I bought on 17th December 2025,and when I went to exchange my phone 13th January 2025,they are telling me that I cannot exchange or refund my phone, but when I am buying from saint Catherine they clearly told me that I can get a refund from the phone or exchange the phone before one month .When I told them that I am going to complain then they talks with their idiot manager and they told they are doing an exception for me😂”Do you think that will they do an exception for someone for no reason”APPLE SHOULD CHANGE THIS TERRIBLE STAFF

Very slow and unprofessionnal service. An incompetent manager can not help a customer for 5 minutes on a tuesday in January and you have to wait 25 minutes to pay for an iphone when you are already READY to pay. Disgusting service. Wonder why they have 3.6 stars. Never come back here for anything.

I took an appointment to have the battery in my iPhone 13 pro changed , so imagine they have the information that an iPhone 13 pro needs a battery . I arrive at my appointment on time just for them to tell me that they do not have the battery in stock and I have to come back after I drove 1 hour to the store . Not even feeling bad about telling me just seemed completely normal to them . Huge lack of professionalism
So if what I got from my experience is CALL before you go and make sure they have the part in stock !!

I had an excellent experience at the Apple Genius Bar thanks to Mouna. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Beyond her expertise, she was genuinely kind, friendly, and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Mouna went above and beyond to help me, and I truly think she deserves recognition for her outstanding service. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting the Apple Store.

Never did pickup, it was my first pickup, there was a short healthy white lady acting like she's my boss or employer telling me to stand there, not there, telling my dad you can't stand beside her you need to stand behind her lol, needed a charger not one person was helpful, one guy tried to help a little then went on his way didn't even try to tell me how to proceed if i couldn't pick it up today, got help from literally another customer who told me what i can do, thanks to that customer i got to pick it up today and didn't have to come to this weird store again. Montreal has one of the worst apple store i ever went too, i have experiences from apple store in other cities that were way better, sometimes the employees even went out of their way to help me out, soo this was an extremely weird encounter. Extremely dismissive and straight up rude employees, the other reviews are on point

This store clearly has an attitude problem and that’s nothing new. The sales and service team my be overwhelmed with traffic but still owe customers common courtesy when addressing them. I also experienced major issues with the small business team: lack of proper training, basic empathy. They always seem to be implying « too bad, so sad » but no concrete solutions for problems of their own making.
I’ve mentioned some recent challenges to the Genius Bar management and it seems to have been taken seriously…until the next time.
C’mon guys, just because you’re Apple doesn’t mean you can treat people like idiots. A little customer service training would help.

I have done 3 repairs over 3 different devices at this store and left frustrated each time. The devices were returned dirty and with smudges over the cameras. The repairs are $$$ and they can’t even be bothered to pass a wet wipe on the device before returning it to the customer. When I complained, the tech wiped the cameras on his shirt. That’s a billion dollar company for you…
