Wow!! What an excellent experience at the Apple Store Laval!! I went in, and was treated like a V.I.P!! The service was impeccable. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They made my phone transfer and setup flawless. A special mention for the great service I received from Valerie. She was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable on Apple products and service. Chris the store manager was also very pleasant and helpful. Keep up the great work!! Thanks again for the top notch service!!Marco ????‼️

Still waiting to get the issue resolved, deleted all my photos as per requested but still they are unable to resolve the issue. I have another appointment somewhere else and it’s been 1h staying here I have been told within a few minutes someone gonna come but no one is here to help. Waste time that’s it !

An awful experience. They told me they need to reinstall an older version of operating system and I have to come back in about one hour. I came back and they told me they are not ready and I have to wait for their phone call…I waited another one hour and a half, I did not receive any call & I came back and surprise, they told that I should have come in 24 hours…Total surprise after « hovering » two hours and a half in the mall. Finally after intervention they came with my iMac but they were unable to use the Time Machine because it was now an older operating system…Came back home and reinstalled the newest operating system after I lost my entire morning in the store…could you trust the technicians at this store? Genius Bar ? Let’s be serious….

Very bad attitude toward customer. I had to tell the supervisor Dave to walk away from me after a very disagreeable attitude. Fortunately, I had spoken with the general manager of the store Karima who told me she was going to speak with that supervisor. I never had an experience like this in any other Apple store or genius bar. I phoned Apple Support Canada and made a formal complaint explaining the situation. I hope for Apple's reputation and for respect to customer you should not have to go through the same experience I went through.

It not the best place for service for your iPhone or apple devices.The manager John is not responsible and dot have respect for customers.He talk loud and very attitude towards customers.The only apple employee that help me for my situation was an employee named Will very kind and very helpful.They need to change this manager quickly and make sure that they have a new manager that give respect to the customer and the company.

I definitely recommend you not to buy Apple accessories even if suggested by an Apple vendor, look at the genuine iPhone cover I bought here after 15 months of normal usage, main issue is that my phone has marks now on the edges (I never took it out), resale/trade in value of my phone just dropped…. A supervisor just told me : we understand your frustration but can’t do anything, all our iPhone cases go through the same testing process and are covered by a one year warranty only. I told him that I bought iPhone cases on Amazon for a third of the price and my phone was more protected, he acknowledged and told me he understood my frustration…

I wanted to share my gratitude to the team at the Apple Store in Laval for exceptional service. This place is a hive of activity - on a Saturday afternoon, it was so packed, I couldn't count how many employees and customers there were, but I can say this: the staff is all very friendly, organized, and took the time to serve each customer with care. In my case, they exceeded my expectations in resolving a problem I was having with my phone. This is a very well-managed store that knows how to give exceptional customer service.Thank you!

We were served by a very unprofessional lady who not only couldn't answer our questions straight but literally, in the middle of a conversation, turned and starting talking to her coworker and another customer while I was mid sentence. I was a bit stunned at the lack of social competence and general knowledge she had when we were ready to buy a brand new MacBook. Not only will I not return here, but I will refer anyone who asks to the downtown store!

The worst apple enterprise service and on-boarding ever , no email replies , no voicemail call backs , no answers to 10-15 attempts to call them via other departments, no documentation …they also don’t know anything about an mdm nor domains nor any IT knowledge for the level of arrogance they think they can use over the phone when they are in God mode. They should learn technology and leave the telecom low grade mentality behind and take care of customers and start being efficient. One more thing, does this represent the apple brand? For one minute here I was almost going to transfer from Microsoft to Apple business. For those who are considering there is no support , it’s all online self though..they will only assist with the basic which is something I haven’t figured out yet..

They can’t help you PERIOD. A Trillion dollar company that has no innovation! Google Apple IPhone Inovation!Android for me next.

I had to call the store 5 times before someone can assist me with a simple question: can someone else go pick up my repair with the #and the invoice.I was hung up on twice by the rep I was speaking with.Got transfered to the customer support by automated system who had to transfer me back to the store!Bad communication overall.

Worst services ever . The staff are overbook ans unqualified. I been with apple since IPhone 3 and I never think about flipping for android but after my visit I will definitely reconsider my choice . Need to buy item in order to receive service for an apple product under apple care …. What a scam !!! And only one technician is available from what the lady told me when I ask for someone else while employees chilling around and joking . REALLY DISAPPOINTED
