Great store with a lot of items on sale. The sales go from 20 to 50%. The staff is approachable and knowledgeable.

It’s almost 10:20am and it’s still closed.I don’t understand this because the opening time is at 10am. I have been waiting for too long now I don’t know when they are opening. Very unprofessional!

It still takes 15 years to pay off. Damn it's long, yet there are 2 and even, I think, 3 crates! But no, always just an open cash register and I don't know if it's me who's unlucky but every time I wait to pay, the cashier is super slow, she takes her time as if she wasn't conscious There are so many people waiting! It's painful, every time I wonder if I keep waiting or if I leave it all there to win my camp!

I'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0.
The service is not good at all. Employees shout among themselves to call out to each other throughout the store.
At the checkout I arrive with a poorly/not labeled item and I ask her to apply consumer law, she tells me no then says out loud "staghfirullah I'm breaking down" while being sure that I hear".
Also there is the alarm that rings for several minutes in the store while customers continue to shop.
In reality, despite a mediocre shopping experience, it could have been very acceptable if good customer service existed and if the employees spoke to the customer with respect.... and that's nothing new for them...

I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4 because I find the salespeople to be limited. They're kids and they're not very available to customers, at least that's my feeling. They were no longer there talking about their menstruation problem... I would have been fine without it.
In any case the store is nice, many items worth taking a look at. I was surprised to leave with quite a few items even though I thought it was a store for teenagers.

I gave it a star just so I could comment. I waited a long time to try on clothes but the employees were so eager to finish their discussion before serving the customers.
