Very good store, very professional. You have a wide range of products and prices. I go there regularly and I am always well received and if you need advice they are there. Every first Wednesday of the month you have a little discount which is very nice.

I would like to thank the two young men at the checkout because through their honesty I was able to find my wallet intact

What a great gesture full of honesty!
Apart from this point, I highly recommend this store because we find high quality products there. In addition, there is always staff to guide us in our purchases. The store is well organized and everything is tidy and super clean.

You know, when you think you've bought high quality kitchen knives, but in reality it's just a "cuisinart" style knife that you find everywhere in every Canadian Tire, like at $19.99.. .. (we have one here that is over 8 years old and has never let us down!!)
Well Ares in Laval, they sell it to you as being a major Wusthof brand, paid $195 + tax....whose blade crumbled after only 5 months...and for which we took the greatest care, like the apple of our eye, and the Company refuses to exchange it!!! It's quite ordinary!!!
But that's not all, on the same invoice, we also purchased a box of 6 knives from a recognized brand: "La Guilole", $150 + tax
and whose handle of 2 of the 6 knives separates in two....!!! At least for those, it seems that the manufacturing company will replace the complete box of 6 knives. At least that's good.
So before investing in what you believe to be "quality"....and before paying a total bill of more than $400.00

and shop! So paying a lot doesn't always mean quality and learning the hard way isn't always great either.
Even though the situation was partially satisfactory, overall, we still received good customer service from the manager and employees.

Ares have many varieties of brands in all sizes, colors and prices. I liked everything, especially the organization, cleanliness and quality of the products. Their salespeople are available remotely to assist. I noticed that they have an online service I can't leave my opinion on that I prefer to go in person.
