I went to aritzia today and the help that they gave me was very mediocre and sometimes outright disrespectful. Instead of one worker helping me figure out the solution to my return, they kept passing their work down to another worker which made it very frustrating to have to repeat myself and have the same response. the money was not able to successfully go back onto my card for context, which is why i stayed on the phone for 20 minutes with my bank trying to figure it out and it seemed that i was putting more effort in solving the problem than they were, and yet i was still getting spoken to as if i was the problem. You work in retail. this is supposed to be standard procedure. it’s not supposed to be as stressful of a situation enough to give me attitude and treat me like a last priority client.

Treated with no respect by the lady who packed the clothes. She tossed the bag on the counter in front of me and walked away. Very unprofessional behaviour, C should work on her attitude a little more.

It was far from my first time but today when I went there half of the employees were stupid, snobbish and I felt judged. Luckily I like this store otherwise I wouldn't go back.

I wanted to return the super puff jacket I bought from your store within 3 days because the threads came out on the sleeves. However, the sales assistant at the cash desk said she could not return it. And she even told me that she could help me by cutting that rope with scissors if I wanted (like she was making fun of me!!!!!). When I said no, she said then I can just exchange. After taking my e-mail address and number, she took the necessary steps and told me that he would get back to me within 10 business days. I waited for them to call without a coat on the coldest days of winter. After 13 days, I finally got a call. When I went to the store and took my jacket back, I asked why I was called late, she said we called you twice and sent an e-mail, but I definitely did not receive a call or an e-mail. When I said this, she just said 'this is weird' like kidding. I definitely do not recommend the store, customer satisfaction is zero. They are very uninterested and arrogant. !!!!!!!

It’s like buying from a depaneur ??♀️ bought a coat online , on their website it was mentioned that the original price is 450 and that it’s on sale for 405$ when I received the coat , the price on the tag was 398$ I was surprised but whateverAnyway went and tried the extra small at the store because I felt like the small is too big, I told the sales women that I have a small at home but she insisted that I buy XS right away because it « flies » at that discount ! WITHOUT her mentioning anything about refund policies ! So I got the xs and went back home to get the S to refund itNo refund, store credit only ??♀️ she mislead me into buying another one knowing that I can only exchange it!It’s already overpriced for what it is and what am I to do with a store credit from aritzia ! I only bought the coat sur un coût de tête am not even fan of their quality

The Manager at this store is so Condescending… “The skinny middle aged Asian one”… Imagine being paid next to nothing to act like you’re a superior being. Sorry I made over 100,000 dollars last year; after tax… what did you make again?
