I recently bought a car from Auto Primo, and the service was truly A1! My salesman, Jad, was super friendly and helpful throughout the process. Sylvana, the F&I specialist, is an absolute sweetheart! She is very patient and always willing to take the time to answer all your questions. She will also find the best possible deal for your budget. Sandrine, who delivered the car, was also incredibly kind and pleasant!
The car I purchased initially had some alignment and minor issues. I brought it back, and they fixed everything right away. Rob from the service department was also very patient and did everything he could to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
The only thing I would recommend is having a third-party inspection done before finalizing your purchase, just to be extra sure everything is in perfect condition.

Purchased a vehicle here and was told everything was up to code and nothing was wrong with the suv. They had mentioned there was a very slight accident on the car that was only cosmetic and was all replaced. Dumb me didnt ask for the car fax so thats my fault.
It was a enterprise rental that got accidented and was then sold to me.
The vehicle was a lemon according to the hyundai I had brought the suv too and I had multiple repairs to do on the vehicle according to hyundai.
Lesson of the story is always make sure you know what your buying and from who.

Drove 3hrs to see a car with very low kilometres that looked like it went through a cement mixer When you ask if car is mint Please be honest Car had tell tale signs that it had many more kilometres than registered Also waited awhile for someone to even help

I bought a 2012 Acura TL, the experience and process could be better to be honest. For starters, after I bought the vehicle i was given a french SAQ inspection form (a form i haven’t seen before) to which i asked if its the bill of sale and if its acceptable at service ontario, they told me yes. I also kept asking about the title/ownership of the car and they told me that form was also the title. So I arrived at service ontario to register and they said that form is useless and doesn’t do anything. So not only did they have to ship the title to me from montreal to ottawa but they also gave me a new bill of sale that they didn’t give me before. It’s just sad that they’re a dealership meaning they’ve done this process a million times but somehow forgot to give me the necessary paperwork and documents.
If i got pulled over on my drive back home from montreal to ottawa, that car could’ve been impounded because there’s no way legal paperwork present on me or in the vehicle to
prove that vehicle is mine.
Not gonna buy a car from them again especially from hassen

Not at all good service brought car from them and advised them there is colour diffrence between passager side door and back bumper but they said there is no diffrence . Now i called them for complaint that there is a crack on paint and showimg two diffrent colour and i said i want to buy new car they gave me appointment for saturday to check my current honda civic 2022 colour and buy new jeep . But today i told them my main concern is my civics paint and they said sorry we cannot check on saturdays but first they aggreed to me z not at all satisfied to there service .sorry but i can only give 1 star .adding one thing when i brought this car they showed me carfax with no claim but after two years when i went to sell that car there was a claim of more than 10k . Wow thanks guys .
