About 3 weeks ago, my daughter bought a KIA Rondo, the day after the purchase, there was a problem with a rear door, it was repaired very quickly the same week, we had very good service from the mechanic and from Jérémy who is really very professional. A bad service. I bought honda civic and I found a lot of rust and transmission chain in very bad condition. I asked them to change it for me, and they pretended to change it but they didn't. I don't recommend them.

Two months ago I was looking for a vehicle. After several dealerships, I was recommended Auto BB. Before even speaking with a salesperson I knew I was going to buy a vehicle from them. Plus, I found exactly what I wanted! Their service is impeccable, they are honest, no hidden defects and when we buy our vehicle we have the impression that it is new. Visited this dealership 10 mins before their closing time and the person in the place was super helpful and accommodating that he gave me the keys and carfax for the car and left me to inspect it and ask any questions I needed without rushing me at all. Although the car I originally went for was sold 20 mins before I arrived, but this good experience I had made me lookout for their website and their new postings as I would love to buy a car from there! I strongly advise against…
I went there with my brother and we bought his vehicle less than 4 months ago. Today the car has so many problems and my brother does not receive the adequate follow-up that auto bb should provide him if so intimidation from the manager, with a 3 year warranty paid and vehicle that is not even 4 km per day because just to drop off and pick up the children from school.
Try to avoid hidden defects with the vehicles you sell because people's lives depend on them too.

I bought a car from Autos bb and I loved my experience there, Jeremie and Jérôme are really nice and accommodating, a big favorite for Jérôme who spent 4 hours of his time helping us find the car ideal for my mother and who finalized the sale with lightness and humor, while answering all our questions professionally, he even took his personal time when he was supposed to have finished his day even after the sale either finalize, thank you very much to him!
