Terrible service in India, I called 8 times to resolve a problem... customer service either they hang up on me or they tell me to wait for my refund and I receive nothing!!!! We pay in Canada and we have very, very bad service in India

The girl with curly black hair at the checkout is really rude and unprofessional. She was very mean in carrying out her tasks and it made us uncomfortable. She needs customer service training.

The girl working at the cash register, Sarah, was extremely rude and kept rolling her eyes at us. She made it seem like it was a chore to simply swipe the items and place them in a bag for us. She also tied the ribbon wrong because of her minimal effort but we’re not the type to complain so we ignored it. No thank yous, no smiles. When we said thank you for anything she would roll her eyes. Terrible, as if we wasted her time by buying from there! Please teach your staff common decency. The 1 star is simply for the staff in the front who are so welcoming.
