Game CD was advertised with the wrong price, they wouldn’t admit it at checkout and called the manager although an associate went and confirmed it, manager was so rude and impolite kid, he even accused me of changing the CD place to get the discount although i was already buying 5 other CD and i bought a game console the day before from the same spot.Man im not gonna steal a game cd and shame on you for implying that.Ill say it again, you need to check your staff attitude and teach them to be more humble and less confrontational.

Really bad service, employees are so lazy and won't help you. Boght dozens of things from this store, computers TVS, smart home gears and video games, each time the same scenario, if i need help to get some infos have to play hide and seek to find one employee to help even to just push a box. Realy bad experience. Lately the cashier didn't find a game in the pack of games behind her and just told me that it's out of stock. I tried to convince her that the site say you have it. She just doesn't wanted to look more. Finally had to go back to the game area a look really hard (behind another game) and found it. Really bad experience multiple time, don't be surprised if people order from Amazon. You are just killing your business with this kind of management.

First I would give it negative stars, if you don’t buy their ripoff extended warranty then no one wants to help you despite already having spoken with their customer service on the phone, second off the female employee in the appliance department doesn’t even know what brands Best Buy carry in her department, she was so sure that they don’t carry the range that I purchased from there, even giving me attitude when I showed her my invoice. The employees are uneducated arrogant children that shouldn’t be in any situation where they come into contact with customers, the biggest problem is that they all lack the semblance of any common sense. I don’t know how this company is able to remain in business as it’s a terrible place to shop. The things they sell break and then they don’t want to stand behind the products they sell. Save yourself the trouble and shop anywhere else.

Understaffed. They had the product, and the price was good, however it took me almost 20 minutes to get someone to sell it to me, despite the quiet day.

Horrible pick-up system. Useless staff.Literally no way to contact the store directly and I have no idea how that's legal.You call the main number and they tell you they can't connect you.

Went laptop shopping for school and found many choices in all price ranges. Staff aren’t that knowledgeable compared to the branch is Rosemere. Prices are better than other stores and customer service is great and helpful

I bought washing machine + dryer and on the day of installation/delivery dryer was damaged. Fortunately washing machine was ok. I had to call customer service and was told to go in person to the store to re-schedule delivery if I want to get this issue treated asap. if not pray they will call me to re-schedule. Obviously did not want to wait for them to call..I did that and they re-schedule for 1 week after (which in present would be today at time of writing review). So after waiting almost 8 days they came with the dryer today and guess what.. Damaged again! - Mind you its no scratch. but big dents! And guess what again... I need to go all over again with above mentioned process not to mention i have to wait again.. waste of time & money. like seriously.. (GOD KNOWS if the same thing will happen for a 3rd 4th 5th...time..) They should compensate me at this point!As a side note the driver told me its the way they handle the equipments/your future equipments at the factory. they use some sort of clamping mechanism hence the damage.. so don't be surprised if.. well you get the pointTo best buy: IN the past year I bought almost $10K worth of electronics. so yeah.. This is how to keep your customer**UPADTE 07/28/23 - IT HAPPENED AGAIN A 4th TIME....! And the reply i got for this review - you call their customer service and all they say is classic they open a case and looking into it and will get back to me but they never got back to me on all 4 occasions! AT this point wasted so much time and now i have to probably cancel and buy somewhere else which they don't care its my time wasted! **

Every time I come to best buy it is closed, what's the point of having an electronic store at your disposal during the evening and it's closed when you get there. I mean it's Wednesday, not even a Monday. Won't even purchase from your app, you don't deserve my money.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of shopping at Best Buy, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The manager and employees there seem to be completely unqualified for their positions. They continuously lied to me, claiming they were undergoing training when it was clear they had no idea what they were doing. It's a shame that a supposedly reputable store like Best Buy would have such incompetent staff. I would strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place if you value honesty, expertise, and a pleasant shopping experience.Absolute disappointment in every way. “ i am going to be polite and won’t mention any names “

Horrible service!! I purchased a warranty for dryer and it took 3 months to get a technician to come by, the issue was the Dryer filter was too long and caused aburning smell but the technician could not fix it because it was not the dryer!! And I was charged $238.00!!

Ever since I bought my apple laptop in 2020 the customer service has been horrible. They forced me to take the warranty with them when I originally Wanted to get the apple care. My employer offered to pay the monthly 50$ warranty and so it was the case from 2020 to feb 2023. I no longer work with my former enployer and so he cancelled the warranty. When Best Buy called me to confirm cancellation I asked if I could add the warranty later under my name they said YES. When I went back to the store to add the warranty they said case is closed and I can’t do anything, claiming that the “customer service on the phone gives bad info”. I am now left with an unprotected laptop worth 3500$ due to Best Buy’s lack of professionalism and 0 human oriented services. I could go on but I’ll leave it there. Worst buy.

Worst Geek squad support at this branch!They refuse to honour the guarantee that has been bought recently with my computer.The Geek squad manager was very unprofessional and advise me to try repairing my computer in a different branch!I regret buying my computer at Best buy!Computer Canada is offering way better service!

Worst service ever! The employee doesn’t know a thing about his work. The only thing he was saying ‘they are all the same’ for the ovens. I bought one with a warranty, they delivered it in a week and damaged it, went in store bcz of course you can’t reach anything with their lines. They put a replacement after a month! They had to deliver it a week ago i stayed home, boom no one showed up, i called many times they said we didn’t have the correct address!!! I received a call 2 days ago from a driver saying they are here for a pickup, no one has ever mentioned it and plus they don’t have my new oven! And so on……. Still waiting after this awful customer service! DO NOT BUY THERE!
