My experience at Caprices has honestly been fantastic. I brought my Rolex watch in to get adjusted and cleaned but unfortunately a mistake was made during the cleaning process. However, Carlo kept his word, took the time to make me feel at ease and he fixed the mistake quickly. He answered all my questions with a smile, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Carlo and the Caprices Team are true professionals. I would go back if I ever needed any services related to jewelry.

Great experience at the store!
I Found the store through a google search and was not disappointed! I received great advice on the products and managed to get what I was looking for. I got great options within my budget! The gift was wrapped with care and looked very cute. Customer service is amazing, I will definitely be going back.

Today I walked into Caprices with my boyfriend to shop for engagement ring. The staff was amazing and really patient with us. They answered all our questions about diamonds. They took the time to educate us about the different types and shapes of diamonds and helped me find my dream engagement ring today. Their designs are flawless and beautiful. We loved our experience!

My fiancé had my engagement ring custom made with Carlo at bijouterie Caprices. I could not be more happy with the way it turned out as well as with the service we've received since then with resizing and minor adjustments as well as shopping for wedding bands.
