The service was outstanding. Very nice and polite people that work there. Very honest as well as they did not try to sell me services and did not charge me for the work they did. They said it took 2 min to do and could not accept my money. Very honest people

Brought 2 watches to change the battery they broke the case of my Seiko without being able to open it, insisting that it was me who had broken it and yet it had never been opened. And for the 2nd time they broke the lighting. Very incompetent. No compensation from them. Finished for me.

Terrible Service: The service at this jewelry store was just terrible. The staff showed a stupid and mean attitude, creating a feeling of humiliation. We don't feel welcome, and we are treated with contempt. I absolutely do not recommend this place.*(Old lady + a lady)

One of the weirdest services I have ever received. I came to adjust my fiancée's ring. The man there was nice and very helpful. He gives me the price, everything is ok he gives me a receipt and tells me that he will call me on Wednesday (4 days) great everything is correct we leave. I come back to ask if they have testers, the lady tells me give me your receipt I don't want to do the work anymore... take your ring back and go elsewhere... we crossed and went right opposite to the mermaid jewelry store which was noticeably warmer and more helpful. I don't understand how you can run a business like that...

My husband bought me a bracelet from this place for Christmas. Although the gold is ok, the service was cold in adjusting and recovering the jewel. We haven't confirmed that greatness suits me, or even said goodbye. I received the envelope and then that's it.
