They refuse to reimburse me for an item because it is final sale but it is not mentioned on the item or on the invoice it is the assistant Asma who refused the return I bought the item ago one week really too bad I won't shop at spring again!

We go to the counter to ask for a shoe size. The waitress greets us with a "hi", and doesn't say hello again when we address her in French. She goes to get the box of shoes and throws them on the counter without even looking at us. We decided to instead request the services of the other saleswoman who was more suitable. The first really shouldn't work with customers. Visit Sunday April 30 around 4:00 p.m.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I will NEVER shop at Spring againI had the most traumatising experience while picking up my online order at the store (next to Guess). The manager was very rude and picked a fight with me while I was patiently waiting for my order. I was forced to leave the store without my order and call customer service to get a refund.

Multiple pairs of boots/shoes over time and they all end up falling apart super early and it's no coincidence. Save your money.

Incompetent staff, unpleasant and rude, we ask for information we don't even answer, we say hello or thank you we don't answer, frankly I like the brand but you should see your employees again!! (I'm talking about spring next to guess)

I complained to the girl at store 1 for the bad service and the worst experience at spring store next to Guess I hope the manager will take this into consideration and do what is necessary.

I was shopping there yesterday. In just 5 minutes, I was asked several times by each of the employees if I needed help (I always said no thanks) until I came across a pair of shoes that I liked. I ask for my size but I am informed that there are no more... They bring me a size above and one below, but they do not fit me. So I ask if I can order online and the employee tells me "no" and leaves with the boxes of shoes... Not great. I then go to check on their site and I see that I can order these shoes in my size... At this moment I feel very insulted, so I go to the second Spring store at the Carrefour Laval where I got a good service and where I found my shoes. I will not return to the first store, I had a very bad experience, especially with the employee who "served" me. It's wrong to lie to the customer, really disrespectful, even if you lose a sale, frankly...
