I've been playing badminton there since 2008. Staffs are gentle. But the badminton court needs some love. Kind a bit pricey if you're just playing badminton or other racquet sports.

I love it! Great place to keep yourself in good shape. When you have an issue they immediately take charge. The price is very reasonable and you have access to many sports such crossfit, yoga, pilates, spinning, boxing, aquaform, pool, gym area...The changing room has enough lockers showers and you have access to a small spa area with a sauna, steam room...
I highly reccomend to do the program with the trainer William. He is great trainer and patient. He helps you work out with the app Hexfit. It helps you to be independent and to keep yourself in good shape.
I started boxing 2 weeks with Dave. He is a great boxing coach. He keeps it fun and helps you as a beginner to progress. Boxing helps you take out all the stress and you feel better after.

Love this place EXCEPT: I can almost never get a smoothie after a workout. The lady at the restaurant is always prioritizing beer drinking customers which is fine but always just says NO for smoothie, not even wait my turn. So this is really deceiving. It’s a SPORTS place. Please make a smoothie stand ! I shouldn’t beg her every time

I had the pleasure of working with Nabil during a commercial project, and I can confidently say his professionalism, responsiveness, and support made a world of difference.

My daughters have been going to day camp at the multi-sport crossroads for several years. Compared to several camps, this is their favorite place! The organization is great, the facilitators are great, the games at the daycare are great and lots of variety of activities. Plus, it’s air-conditioned inside!!! My daughters aged 6, 10 and 12 are already looking forward to going back next summer!
