I don’t want to bash your business so I am not going to post pictures, because the facility is nice , staff is polite , machines ect are good.I understand the the majority of male clients are 60 years old and above, but I don’t find it normal that for the price of the membership we have to keep asking reception every week to clean the cold plung showers ect. Cold plung always has dead skin floating around every week, It’s disgusting, either clean the cold plung every day, or change the filtering system, because either one or the other are not working.Also the dry sauna wood bench needs to be rescrewed, the pieces are coming off , easy lawsuit if someone decides to take it out and injure himself.I really do want to give a 5 star review but man is it annoying repeating the same thing every week to the receptionist.

I have been going there for boxing and muay thai classes for 3 years now. I absolutely love all the coaches there but Jessie, Will and Kevin are my favourites. The ambiance is also very much like family. It’s my daily escape. Thank you for all you do to make the classes so fun, tiring and enjoyable.

My son looks forward to every summer and has a hard time when the camp is over. He enjoys his days there and makes a lot of friends. Kids get attached to the animators and look forward to spending the days with them. I really appreciate the effort, organization and value that is being given to the kids. It's a very nice place to have fun and learn new skills for the kids!

There was quite a bit of bullying this year. Although the people who work there were very kind and helpful, it felt like they couldn't control their groups too well. My daughter got punched in the stomach once and verbally bullied the whole summer. I don't think I will be sending my 3 kids next year. Maybe try bringing down the number of kids per group, or hiring teachers that have more experience.

After several months of going to this gym i must inform you that for the price you’re paying the experience is very deceiving.Where to start , if you are a morning person then this gym is not meant for you the sports section is taken by a camp of kids so you can’t play basketball nor badminton wich is mainly the reason i subscribed to this facility. The sauna is working half of the time, the shower section is not the cleanest with built up mold.Overall the staff is friendly but you can fall on some bad eggs,the crossfit and working out area are above the standards and very satisfying.

Gym pretty clean, locker room as well, shower (men’s) have mold on walls between the tiles, and cold plung not always clean. I find it annoying that you pay for membership and when you want to use the services you payed for , they have kid camps because they try to make extra money and you as a paying member then don’t have access to amenitize you pay for( basketball and boxing). Besides that gym has pretty much everything, it’s just frustrating that you pay 4x the price of a regular gym membership and don’t get you money’s worth because of them trying to produce as much cashflow as possible and cleanliness needs improvement.P.s sauna should close 30 min before gym closing time, not 2 hours prior.

Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favour and look for a gym where you’ll actually get service. I paid for the Pilates membership which is one of the most expensive memberships and I wasn’t able to book a class for almost 2 months. The sales people keep signing one new clients and they don’t add new classes, which results in everyone having to book their classes 3 weeks in advance. Most people don’t know what they’re doing 3 weeks in advance. I reached out to the sales team and they asked me to email the cancellations department. All they told me was to cancel with penalty (worth 2 months of membership= 300$+) or keep paying until renewal. All I asked was to be canceled without penalty as I only have 2 months left and I was already not able to attend any classes for 2 months. I’d rather put my money towards a gym that can actually offer classes weekly. As for the teachers they are great & my sales representative Nabil was also excellent. Super helpful and responsive. But the customer service at the cancellations office (after sales) is horrible. They also don’t want to communicate through calls, only by email and they take 2 days to answer. Anyone that talks to me about this place, I’ll make sure they know about the service. You’d think by paying a premium price you’d get quality service, wrong.HORRIBLE SERVICE PLEASE SIGN UP AT ANOTHER GYM.****EDIT AFTER THEY RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW: they mentioned how my membership was cancelled without penalty. This is NOT true. They changed me this week a full month when I wasn’t able to book 1 class.*** worst service and they are liars.

I like the gym equipment, but this year they started closing off the bathroom and shower section an hour before they close. I often can only come in the afternoon and they don’t keep the showers open. This seems to only be an issue in the men’s locker room as my girlfriend comes to the gym at the same time as me and is still able to shower after her workout.

It's a very good Gym, it has diversified sports, inside & outside in the summer. With the restauration available at the end of your workout. One of the most complete Gym's in Laval.
