I went to Castello tonight. I waited at the entrance for 15 minutes and not one person who works there acknowledged my presence.
I also went last week, the service was horrible, I was literally waving our server over and was ignored multiple times. My sister ordered a drink, they forgot to bring it and she had to remind them multiple times. Terrible place to go to be honest. And finally, I think they look down on women. Men are treated better.

No proper ventilation for a shisha lounge. A menu that’s very lacking in shisha flavor. The people running it seem to think they’re some sort of mafia or mob because they’re moving with such arrogance. Terrible service. I basically got up and left because they definitely weren’t getting my money.

The food is ok, service was good until one of the guys was so rude and that make the whole experience 0 you need to improve the service that guy was wearing glasses and we visted at 25 October

This is my go to shisha place. It has great flavours and the food is tasty. the service can be slow at peak times but better than most other shisha places as they refill your charcoal for free!

Honestly one of the best places to come to work and study, the food, shisha and drinks are amazing and always on point. Plus if you got George as your waiter, your extra blessed, he got you like no other waiter, he brings you a heater if you get cold. A HEATER to your table!! Fantastic guy.

Big shout out to George. i was cold as hell and he brought me a heater to my table.. such a great guy, take notes. btw the food is amazing, im not saying that cause george gave me the best service possible, im saying that because the food is actually amazing.

We were being ignored by the (young new) staff, and when we ask them to make an order, the staff gave us attitude. I would come again if the service was better.

They have Montreal’s best shisha and the food is amazing too good highly recommended for all shisha lovers and service is 100 out of 100 very respectful people and they know their job.
