Can they get better staff at the front desk? The ones that give you masks are horrible. They like to boss you around and stress you about your mask. Give me a chance, for heavem sakes to put my phone away and exchange masks at a reasonable pace. Every time i go there Im met with these female prisongaurds at the front desk.

August 7, 2021For my second dose, it didn't happen with the nicest staff, they were very rushed during the vaccination and they didn't have time to answer my questions, but rather quickly answered THEIR questions. For my first dose, I fainted so for the second dose I was recommended to lie down as a precaution and that's what I asked for. After 3 minutes, they asked me to come out and sit down, because the lady couldn't watch two places at once. In addition, on my first dose, I saw the lady take the product to put the second one in the syringe as soon as she finished with a lady immediately with a full syringe in front of her. ? This leaves me with an unconfident start to the day.

Very friendly staff! That's not the problem ! Third dose, January 2022 with appointment at 2:30 p.m. The other 2 doses in April and July we enter right away! There in January, at minus 15 degrees, imagine our surprise when we saw the line outside! 25 minutes of waiting outside....had I known I would have acted like a lady in front of me...snow pants!!! Why did they give so many appointments, really not respectful of those in charge to treat people like that!! Despite my big mittens, white fingers but worst of all, frozen feet! In short, poorly organized!

Most of the employees are really great, including the vaccinator, but I deplore certain organizational aspects. The place is very crowded and cramped so it is difficult to practice social distancing. The space where you have to wait 15 minutes is very limited. We are separated by small plexiglass but we know that Covid is a virus that spreads by aerosols. If you want to keep your N95 mask good luck you need proof of its authenticity and all the kit and the mask must be new AND in addition we make you put a blue mask on your ears despite everything but at least if you do all that you can keep it. Otherwise all the staff only wear the beautiful blue mask courtesy of the government (not encouraging knowing that they have not forgotten to be vaccinated themselves). Some rules are absurd and exaggerated, particularly in relation to hand disinfection which happens at least 5 times and you are forced to re-disinfect yourself when leaving. 2 men will block your exit even if you have already disinfected your hands before putting on your gloves. well they ask you to remove them to redisinfect yourself one of them clearly had a powertrip and the other we could see a little discomfort... Oh also don't expect to get out of there with your vaccination passport we give you a little paper to tell you to go to the sports expert place and you are told that you will receive the link by text or email in 2 days (elsewhere the link is sent instantly after having had the vaccine). Not the best place let's say... Better vaccination in pharmacies in my opinion.

I was scared after reading the comments but wow!! I had exceptional service, the staff and nurses on site were great!As someone who is really afraid of needles, they took great care of me.Thank you so much!!!
