Excellent service with knowledgeable workers. No pressure. A lot of choice with reasonable prices.
But, they should really work their store front. It looks like a bargain shop from the outside, which is not.

I needed assistance with a part of my audio system that I believed to be defective. Arrival at the store. Firstly, an employee who was chatting with customers waved hello to me. Already a good first impression on my part for this gesture of courtesy. Then, the manager Francis took the time to check the room for free to help me out. That's what I call high class service. I recommend this place without hesitation!

This store will stand by their words and make all the necessary effort to do good by you. I had some frustration resolving issues with a speaker I bought from them but they eventually came through and sent me a proper replacement.Will definitely do business with them again in the future.
