If I could give 0 stars I would! I came with my friend around 2:57 p.m., the door was open, so the business was OPEN! But what poor service, I've never seen that! Two blonde women, one woman of a certain age and the other was younger…a CATASTROPHIC welcome without any “hello! ". They turn off the lights while we are still in the store. I wanted to buy lots of items for my living room, they didn't even give me time to look at anything...in short, it's horrible, I've never seen that. Try to see your employees again because it really is nightmarish! I do not recommend this store and I would NEVER set foot there again!

I came to that store to look for few hair products , I don’t have license to buy things there but my friend does , so I wanted to choose what I need and buy from her . But they basically kicked me out of there, said that I can look online . How rude is this ?? Even if I had License I’d never go there for the terrible stuff attitude . Don’t recommend this place.

I am a beautician and podiatrist, with diplomas. I came to buy hair paint. They refused because “it wasn’t aesthetically pleasing.” In all the stores I went to, my diplomas were recognized and I could buy any product regardless of my specialty. The employees are incompetent and do not know what they are doing themselves. Their advice was ridiculous and stupid, like "if you have friends who are hairdressers they can get the product for you". Needless to say, the employee didn't even know what a podiatrist was, working in the field. I wouldn't go back there.

The woman on the phone on May 9 at 4:30 p.m. is very unpleasant! I call to place an order and I am told that I will have to call you back because she is serving customers! So why are you answering the phone! ?

Shop for hairdressing professionals.Hair product at around 50% of the salon price. Requires a membership card to access it. The general atmosphere is a little boring but the quality and variety of products make it a must!!

J'adore aller à cette boutique de chalut, ça fait plus de 20 ans que j'y vais...depuis la pandémie je n'étais pas allée et puis je suis allée d'autres Chalut, rien comparable à Chalut/Laval. Les filles sont tellement sympathiques , bon expertise et très amiables . ?? les filles je vais retourner à ma boutique préférée, malgré la distance de chez moi.
